  1. Yeh a mate got an almost complete front cut for 5k, going into an e30. Have you ran yours down the 1/4 34GeeTeeTee?
  2. I hate this feature lol.. Then you go to lock it after the 30 sec and it just unlocks again so then u gotta press lock again! Is there a way to bypass this? Should make it easy and just have one lock and one unlock button.
  3. Wind the boost up to 14 PSI, that should get you 200kw..
  4. Not the same pump. Forget about which flows more, the stock pump is 20 years old, pick the pump which will supply enough fuel for your application. If your running stock injectors then a 255lph @ battery voltage will.
  5. Whats the ignition setup?
  6. http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?683983-Fuel-Pump-Comparison-Bosch-044-vs.-Walbro-416lph-vs.-Walbro-255lph-vs.-Supra-Denso
  7. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/423664-melted-connector-plug-due-to-larger-in-tank-pump-pics/#entry6818124 Might find that useful.
  8. Whats the distance between the mounting holes?
  9. Not to say it can't happen but Ive never been in a situation like this and its not something I worry about either. I hate these things with a passion! just wait till every car comes fitted with one from factory and you can upload a clip to the cops with one button! It will be pointless owning any sort of road registered performance car.
  10. Excuse my ignorance but how do you come to this conclusion?
  11. Seriously these things pull a f**k load like 20-25A! in comparison a bosch 040-044 need around 14A, stock pump would be under 10A. You need to modify the lid, use 2.5mm in tank and then 4-6mm to battery with 25A fuse. I got a pic somewhere of how i did mine, let me know if you wanna see.
  12. Its a very rare factory option, Dugong leather.
  13. f**k yes i'd pay 3700 for that steering wheel alone
  14. every fricken turbo car I have bought had a turbo timer installed and the first thing I do when I get the car is turn the f**ker off! I had this guy ask me if he should get one for his turbo diesel hilux so i spent the next 30 minutes explaining to him why he dosent need one, that they are wank and that anyone in the know thinks your a lolfag. At the end of the convo hes like well I think ill get one just incase.... Assclown!!!
  15. My auto legnum does 14-15/100 around town, max 15 minute trips. Cousins manual 260rs is slightly better fuel wise.
  16. How many K's have you done with that thing now? I pulled mine down a few weeks ago and had the core apart, all looked good and the imperfections on the turbine wheel hadn't grown or changed..
  17. Mine has bilsteins and re002s handles great! The torque down low and lack of lag makes them great to daily around a town. Brakes are very average at the moment, hoping new pads/rotors/fluid will help..
  18. I just got an auto last week! Not sure how accurate the fuel gauge is but im at half tank and have done 150kms, albeit plenty of thrashing was involved Very fun and unassuming car.
  19. It was actually a customers car! they would pay for the parts and get the job done free. Lots of people donated engines and older cars too and i think they had a 2 year cert course where you would be involved in building a clubman kit car with a 4age. Teacher was a bit of an ass and at the time the theory was pretty boring but it was easily my most preferred class.
  20. The high school in tassie i went to had some auto classes, in year 9/10 i did a short week course and we changed a head gasket on an rb30. In year 11 they had a course that went for the whole year and was like 4-6 hours a week, did all the basic shit and then attempted to rebuild an L18 as part of a 3-4 person group never finished cause we skipped most of the classes and tried to do burnouts in my N/A s13
  21. You need two of the big ones. By tonight Harry.
  22. I have the 416lph and im at 360kw so you should be able to get enough fuel with the 450lph.. I had a 20A fuse protecting mine and it blew after 1000ks so it must be pulling 20-25A, 2.5mm wiring all the way to the pump would be sufficient however I would prefer to use 4mm for the bulk of it and you should bypass the standard plug through the lid.
  23. GTSBoy is correct... If you Test the voltage under full load and there is minimal drop then you have a low resistance..
  24. I added a relay at the beginning of the coil pack loom and now I can run a larger plug gap. Ideally you would make an entire new coil pack loom but im lazy.. Its been a while since I did it but im pretty sure I tested before/after and there was a voltage difference..
