one of the guys from the workshop was at the police station reporting the theft. he rang me and put the cop on the phone and i told them i'd go down and do it in person so it had to be known that it was at the workshop for insurance. plus part of the evidence is a cctv video of it being pushed away from the front of the workshop so hopefully there's no way insurance can't cover it.

thanks guys. i've asked them on numerous occasions not to leave it outside cause i don't have insurance on it. besides, if they don't do anything to get my car or my money back then it's not my business that'll look bad.

yeah i know shannons do build up insurance but due to prior "activites" i can't get insurance either way apparently. but thanks for the advice. hopefully i get it back real soon otherwise i am going to start searching houses until i find evidence of my car. as i said, to the person that finds my gtr, there will be a finders fee involved.

and its got a huge "slow motion car club" sticker in the rear window too. its the only GTR in the car club so if you see one with a slo mo sticker, thats mine!!!!

it was bought as a repairable writeoff cause it only had panel damage and it was there getting an exhaust leak fixed and road worthy'd so that i could get it registered. hopefully seeing the business owner/partner tomorrow to discuss the workshop insurance. thanks guys

Hey guys i need some help in locating my pride and joy. Its a Black 93 GTR. Bodywork is stock with the usual tint etc. It has a set of genuine V Spec rims on it, purple calipers (previous owner.....), purple rocker covers and engine bay trims. It was stolen from sunnybank automotive (part of the neumann servo) on the corner of McCulloch St and Station road in sunnybank at about 11pm last night (monday night). Police have been notified and details of the car given to them. According to the crap video cameras at the servo 4 guys rocked up, opened the car rather quickly and PUSHED it all the way down station rd until the camera couldn't see anymore. Several cars drove past but we have been unable to get rego numbers off any to contact them. To make things worse, the car is unregistered so naturally it is uninsured and i don't know if the workshop insurance will cover it due to them leaving the car outside overnight. If anyone has any info or knows of its whereabouts plz let me know asap so i can pay the nice guys a visit with mister crowbar! to the person who finds my car, i'm sure some sort of finders fee can be worked out. btw. mobile number is 0421426221 if anyone has any info for me.

yeah thats true, some stuff is adr approved. i mean if you were after carbon fibre bit for any reason other than bling then you could just paint it cause it'd still be light as, but other than that it'd draw a little too much attention for the most part.

yeah a mate of mine in sydney has a cf bonnet on his r34 gtt and he hasn't been hassled yet as far as i know. if the pricing was a little better would you be more likely to use cf stuff? its just that i've been having a chat to a company that does cf bits and pieces and if we could get interest maybe we could do a group buy etc. but obviously those concerned about the unwanted attention wouldn't be interested either way lol.

Hey guys, just out of curiosity, does anyone really buy carbon fibre stuff? I mean, everyone loves carbon fibre. But does anyone actually buy carbon fibre bonnets/boots/bars etc? I know my whole gtr would be carbon fibre if i could get away with it but unfortunately over here its not legal. Does that concern anyone else? Or do you just buy cf stuff and use it anyways? There's no problems with using cf dress up bits for your interior etc obviously, but who here actually has a cf bonnet and boot on their skyline? Do you get hassled by the cops much?
