It would be a cool thing to have in your interior so you can 'hit the NOS'. But seriously maybe a dual stage boost controller set between stock and about 14psi will have a similar effect. Cant see the practicality of a nitrous system especially the defect factor

Commodore Is Not The Best Car Ever
Absent replied to craig V8 taffe's topic in General Automotive Discussion
Theres about 10 years between these cars, a fairer comparison is to a GTR and we all know which is better ^^got to it before me Rezz -
I snapped mine in half getting out the car!. Would also like to know how to remove them and not leave worn sticky rubber seals. Back to your question maybe mask the area really well and use a tinting spray like night shades to paint them.

Just give it up Andru is your car fixed or what? your car would be farked IF someone hit you hard enough in the rear quarter to make you lose control in a straight line and hit a pole. Without pics this story is bs, not trying to attack you but it doesnt make sense!!

I used to get at best 400kms (15L/100km) to a tank now im pushing 500kms (12L/100km). Its only effective if you run more boost as the stock ecu is sufficient. Once you run more boost the ecu seems to make it run rich and blow black smoke everywhere. Out of interest what correction readings do you use mines between -10 and -23 on low throttle and between 0 and +10 on high throttle, also getting noticeable more power low in the rev range.

pm me pics pleeeease ps *coughs* very lame post

I have very similar mods to malboro and also had the shit fuel economy. Highly recommend an SAFC II massively improved my fuel economy by correcting the AFM's dodgey readings. I drive everyday and my tank is lasting at least 2 weeks.

lol, dynoqueens an amazing looking female

Thats the one, very strong presence on the road reckon ive seen you around NE suburbs with a 4dr 32 only a handful around

Yeah silly mistakes are the worst, On the weekend I was sitting at the lights with a car stopped behind me then all of a sudden, bang, the 40 something year old women rolled into the back of me (looking in my mirror I could see she was looking for something on the floor). Not knowing the damage I signalled to her to go down a side street, she indicated to turn so I turned into a street and then the bitch took off. Did a angry U turn trying to catch her but couldn't. Pulled over to inspect damage and was relieved to find barely a scratch and considering the force it felt like I was surprised.

Anyone see the SAU chick on channel nine midnight with an S15. She talked about motorcana and drift days and advertised SAU a little. Ridgey was driving a Zonda around the streets, that car is sex on wheels

Bought a SAFC II for $380 delivered and it took 13 days to arrive. No complaints about service and I will use it again. For the price I am happy to wait a few weeks more, the stories of deliveries taking 2 months probably meant that nengun had to order the product from the supplier and they had to manufacture it.

I'm 20 and still on my p's due to how seriously dangerous a driver I WAS back in the ricer corolla days. I think the new laws wont change a thing to the way p platers drive The law should make it harder to get your license in the first place with much more difficult testing and experiencing losing control of a car to scare the s**t out of them

Spotted white 32 almost identical to mine with a hot blonde driving and cruised with her for a while (giggles). Out in the north eastern suburbs

comparing 32 gtst and gts4: gts4 can get off the line much faster by lauching at 6000 rpm. 200kg increase means slower top end. The gtst will catch up to the gts4 over a 1/4 mile. The gtst has a more chuckable feel and more fun to drive. Bang for buck a gts4 with rb25 conversion is the goods. Hard to find a 32gtst in good condition let alone a rare gts4 I am extremely biased to the gtst. I have a mate who owns a gts4 and it has f**k all torque low in the rev range like all rb20s but its much worse. Drifting (speaks for itself) plus I cant believe I am typing this on a Friday night but Ive got that bad cold goin around anyway I recommend the gtst unless you plan on spending $$$$ on upgrades My 25 cents

How bout this one gents Chassis Code: HCR32-061704 Model Code: KRCR32GFSLPCC Cheers

Looks the goods, perfect colour I dont think anything else would've worked. Would like to get a set of blue ones for a white 32 if my budget allows. I know what your saying about procrastination I studied the day before on all my exams (such a slacker).

Earthing Kits.. Anyone Using Them?
Absent replied to D-limo's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
my car came with one from Japan, heres a pic, I have driven with it disconnected and couldn't feel a difference maybe slightly less response as it is tuned to have the kit. Plenty of mags (autosalon) have done dyno runs with and without grounding kits and only the expensive HKS and Apexi brands made slight power increases but dynos are not precise and a few kw means nothing. Personally it is worth it if you do it yourself with some cable and a drill for $10 -
sounds like its in 'limp home mode' happened to my car a while back the ecu isn't receiving a signal from a sensor so it doesn't allow the engine to rev past 3000 to protect it on my car it was a faulty afm, check all our sensors (o2, afm, aav, etc) an ecu diagnostic will tell you exactly. My 2 cents

Can Anyone Offer Some Advice?
Absent replied to DaFuca's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
In adelaide I recommend high tech dyno, run by John Keen really knows his imported turbo cars. Ive been to morpower and boostinoz in the north and would't recommend them. -
Is This The Final Version Of The New Gtr
Absent replied to R31Heaven's topic in General Automotive Discussion
Will be interesting to see the power the jap tuners get out of it 1500hp for it's price it will be in competition with all the euro exotics (considering you could buy 5 for a lambo) and way out of any other Japanese manufactures league. It will be THE car to own -
Rb25det Conversion To R32 Gts-t
Absent replied to Absent's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
Yeah my mates always saying Im soft cos I dont go the 26 but thats just overkill -
My RB20 sucks and is always playing up so I am planning the RB25det conversion to my 32 gts-t type-m and need some info. I know this is a common conversion so hopefully I can get some good advice. Has anyone reading this done it if so is it worth it, do I need the gearbox, can the gearbox go in without mods, ive been quoted 1300 plus parts to install and I can get the engine + gearbox for 3000 from a mate. What do you guys think
