  1. cheers mate.. even more in shape now at 87kg still dieting down, but iv managed to fit in 2kg of lean muscle getting measurements done and new fotos this sat coming up.
  2. thanks man.. i find them my best bodypart atm, killer thickness aswell.. The way i do it is good technique, 10 - 12 rep range and as heavy as you can go
  3. it doesnt matter how big you are.. if you are fully balanced you will look like a human being.. just alot bigger and you will look normal in clothes. Tryin to get my legs and bum bigger atm, measurements soon so see how much they have grown
  4. just try have as much carbs as u can.. rice with every meal.. Im cutting and im still having carbs. But my body doesnt like getting rid of fat for some shit reason. also dont think people that "juice" and look like monsters have it easy.. they eat twice as much, train twice as hard and haveto deal with side affects... but stay natural for as long as you can

  7. Yeah, iv posted 4 week apart pics in the other page of my back. My diet is a custom one to suit my needs, written up by my trainer. Has carbs in it, fats and protein, spaced out perfectly and keep u functioning like normal.
  8. down to 85kg.. still need to drop roughly 3kg of fat, top row of abs just starting to show thru when im completely dry (not bloated from food or water) seperation in quads, shoulders, pec/shoulder and triceps starting to show aswell. Ill try get some pics after a chest/shoulder sesh.
  9. whoever sais those replacement meals actually work are dead set knobjockeys. 3 things with weightloss.. 5 - 8 meals a day (low carb and carbs in the first half of the day).. Meals at set times.. Cardio.. No need to go to school to work that out. Get a dietition to work out your meals and i guarentee you easy 5kg loss in 4 - 6weeks. Especially if your not going hard with weights.
  10. i tried bsn n.o xplode.. was good and did help pre workout.. but now i can push a shitload more and am more energetic without it. just eat a meal before gym with protein and some carbs and your set.. also listening to master of puppets or du hast does help.

  12. you'll be wasting your money and getting fat... just up your carb and fat intake to put on weight. but the weight you would be putting on is fat... which is pretty useless..
  13. aldi spec protein store lol.. good to see the "no frills" stuff.. one thing that gets me is.. why would someone under the age of 25 want test boosters? nothing (apart from actual test) will work for you unless you are actually low on test. Waste of time and money.

  16. had my 4week measurements done and weighed in 3kg lighter, arms, legs, glutes and chest are bigger, waist is 1.5" smaller and shoulders have gone a bit smaller (holding fat in left shoulder) have comparison back double bi pics will post up later tonight. Diet are training are pretty much spot on, havnt lost any strength through dieting at all.

  23. finished my bulking on sunday and got measured and assessed and pics taken etc. Come up pretty good, kept the waist tight which is good. All up put on 5.5kg and didnt get fat in the usual places which is alright. Now into my 8 weeks of cardio and cutting with a new diet.
