you dont neceserally need forgies. But if you have the cash then put in either GTR rods or Eagle H-Beam rods with CP forgies.
acl bearings, oil pump and water pump, good head gasket. For a healthy engine that wont pack it in after u hit the 300 mark. Make sure you have a good fuel system too. Drop in Nismo or any japanese injectors over 500cc, 500hp at a minimum fuel pump.
a good ECU is a must, if you can get your hands on a Power FC then get it, if not a Greddy Emanage will do if you can find someone to tune it. If you go a pfc then get a Z32 air flow meter.
Turbo you can use a 30/40 .82 or a 35/40 .82 with a Tial 44mm gate, you can use a standard exhaust manifold with an adaptor plate, or an aftermarket lowmount or high mount. 3" at a minimum exhaust all the way.
You dont really need an aftermarket intake manifold, but a Greddy Plenum is excelent if you want to make things neater.
Find yourself an R33 GTR intercooler if you can or a JJR cooler will do. Get good quality piping made up.
With that you will easily see 300kw.
But then you will need a twin plate clutch (ORC 709D) is good and if you are gona drive it hard, you might want to look into a KAAZ 1.5 or a 2way diff.
