  1. having been through this brefore, i was done and they estimated 160 in a 60, they had no proof yadda yadda i got it down to 100 in a 60 which was right, and a 6 month loss and 1300 in fines. It wont be easy on you.. and it will be more than 6 months especially if they have proof. but tell them that your mum was in an accident etc, see what happens.. your stuffed because you were speeding but its worth a try

  4. yeah my brothers 180sx which has a fully built sr20det, cp forgies, eagle steel rods H beam and acl race series bearings. Its a killer engine. But then you get mechanics that will only use nissan bearings or a type of ring set etc

  7. exactly my point, you are on a realistic budget with a realistic engine build... so you can spend a shitload more, which wont be an exact "waste" but it will be purposeless
  8. what has stopped the old boys from making 800hp in a big block v8 n/a? if you want to have that backing then yeah use jap brands.. but i would only use jap brands if im using a full kit (stroked engine) like full hks, tomeii or nismo. just talking like this because iv seen ALOT of engines built with arias, acl, cp and wiseco
  9. you say hks and jun pistons if u chase big "power figures" who said u cant make 1000hp with a set of CP's? a set of well made forgies is what you will need. You can get a rebuild kit from racespec for a couple grand..

  11. did you cop 3 demerit points? change the things on your car which are defected, go to any mechanic with a RWC license.. and get it passed.. easy.. with epa, you will haveto return ur car to complete stock

  13. each to their own yes.. but the person who flows them in house, tests them a few times. Im stating that highflows arnt bad (if done right)
  14. if you wanted to, you can compare them.. and they will be very close between eachother. $200 is still 200 doesnt matter what it is.. 50 bucks is a diff story. Nismo's and Sards are easier to get your hands on, but bang for buck.. Cant go past a set of highflows.. (i dont mean that in a cheap and nasty way.. eg. slide highflows)

  16. im not modding on a tight budget.. iv seen the flow test on these injectors.. and they flow a shitload, (i cant say exact figures because i dunno wtf im looking at) but yeah. "And by your own admission you didnt pay anywhere near close to RRP for them" meaning?
  17. GT-RS dont waste your time with a highflow.. a gtrs will give you 250kw and over with blistering response..

    adz, you have the best sounding machine hands down!! end of story with your 3540.. what exhaust housing and stuff did you use to make that power?

MBS206.. i call brand new state of the art dyno dynamics dyno i made 206 on that one and 205 on another (the other was without pfc/straight thru exhaust/injectors) and ran 13.1@105mph the tuner of that blokes car wont make up crap to keep the customer happy.. if the car makes 20kw or 400kw, then so be it.
  20. and why wouldnt you ash? i got my set for WAY cheaper than a set of sards or nismos.. give me a solid reason why u wouldnt use them? i can give a solid result using them and a tomeii pump with a stock reg when my car is tuned.. using these injectors which cost me stuff all. also look up the white gtr that they ran, 10.5 with over 400kw and traction issues, used these injectors from day 1.. the EVLR34 gtt uses these, made 350kw on c16 040 pump and an internal gate 3540 .82 all of these cars are safely tuned with a rich air fuel ratio..

  22. yeah, but it looks out of place you know, i like things being low key, but a monster at the same time aswell.. if you see my car its not really flash, just 17x9's all round, suspension is set up for drift and its low with a type m kit. If you search the forum ull find pics.
  23. iv made 205kw with a stock ecu aswell, doesnt really needa be a jap remap
