  1. that pic of that maroon vl calais turbo is a friend of a friend, he did that burnout for his wedding.. and also runs mid 10s or low 10s from memory.. 350+ kw vl turbo.. not ur average bogen..

  4. that vy looks to be a repairable write off
  5. *spits on the vic police badge*
  6. no it wont fit, gtr's have solid lifters and gts-t's are hydraulic lifters
  7. you might as well highflow it then, instead of putting steel wheels... push a touch more power
  8. poor rear tyres results in loss of control and a barrier being met mm hmm it happened to me but suspension is a MUST drift FTW
  9. try drifting with a standard turbo first.. get your skill then go big.. im running a 35/40 .63 for drift with around 18 or so psi hoping for roughly 270 - 290rwkw, i dont want to go over 290kw for drifting, its just stupidly overpowered. OR As trent said, the t67, also the TD06 25G L2 will be a killer turbo for drift.. Trent how did robs 32 drift car go with the td06 on it?
  10. just have a look at the blitz/uras r34 driven by ken nomura... thing absolutely shits tyres.. also look at trents overkill supra.. work of bloody art great turbos, if i had the cash id use one...
  11. well people, i have taken this to 2 calder drift nights and one winton drift day... and i must say i absolutely love calder and the way you can hammer it around that track.. So far the quarter panel has taken a beating but thats not going to stop me from getting better Soon the 35/40 will be on with standard plenum and cams and going for 300kw on dyno.. im just waiting on Slide to finish my comp cover off and send it back... So stay tuned oh and i got a set of rims.. 17x9 all round
  12. plain bearing turbos, very very good turbos
  13. yeah al its a bit of a bitch.. but shite happens and ill be out there rooted quarter and all.. my damage is FAR worse than yourse... the WHOLE quarter is shagged.. but hey who sais having a rooted quarter should spoil 300rwkw
  14. na i just said ill see him on the track... obviously another ns.com crunchy nut poofter
  15. none yet nick, f**k people on ns.com are gay.. "the crowed was lawling at lthlrb's smash" BIG f**k, DO I SEE YOU ON THE TRACK POOF?
  16. my rear quarter felt the pain.. as my car decided to slide towards one at 60kz and yeah.. the damage is bad.... Rav you interested in drifting? next one is last wednesday of next mont, il be there drifting and the next one aswell before my new turbo setup goes on
  17. IVAN!! au's are killer cars i honestly tells ya, reliable as anything.. ugly as f**k!! iv seen better heads in a pisstroff
  18. got my 245/35 sport k104 (hankooks) for 130 each fitted and balanced... lucky luch and simon down in thomastown help me out on prices or ill be buggered..
  19. lucky as i will be there tomorow getting new tyres from Luch
  20. 310kw is too much for drift, try lower to around 260 270 for drift, good rubber, and get traction rods.
  21. crazy, sounds like a pretty hardcore setup, im running 35/40 .63 but standard plenum and head with rebuilt std bottem end.
  22. hks 256IN 264OUT is a killer setup... but you gotta be running a bigger turbo to get the full effect.. its a straight drop in too.. thats what im going to be running with a 35/40
  23. mean r34: if the design is good, why put it to waste?
