  4. Hey guys i just purchased a skyline gtst r33. Its sitting on 97,000 kz. I have a fair idea on what to do in a service, i am a mechanic, but i am wondering what types of oils do you people use and belts when doing the car. I am going to use a nismo timing belt with a gen nissan drive belt and a gen nissan rocker cover gasket. But i want to know what oils and what viscosity you use. Thanks, Phill
  5. ah thats pretty good, im looking at running 300+ rwkw with a std bottem end or if it blows on the way. Im just testing what the rb25 can take really.
  6. how much power can i put out with stock bottem end? just wondering if it will support 300rwkw on a very good tune?
  7. hey guys, on the topic of 200rwkw. What mods would i need to extract 200rwkw out of an r33 rb25det. Excluding an aftermarket ecu.
  8. hey guys how much power will i get with a tomeii fuel pump, 10psi boost, std ecu, std injectors, gtr front mount, titanium catback exhaust, CES split dump, hiflow cat? will i be expecting around 200rwkw?
  9. wasnt asking people to start a workshop war. I was asking if anyone has had past experiences with creatd motorsports and if they can import a range of good jap aftermarket products. I have met rob iloski myself and i know how good he is with building engines etc.
  10. thomastown, melb. You?
  11. yeah but my brother spends big cash there and is friends with a couple of blokes from epping autobarn, so why not buy some parts for a decent price.
  12. yeah i have seen that, i have recently worked at bresciani racing and helped out a mate at msc performance, if its a little cheap job they take years, if its a 40k job, ull c it done within a couple months. I am a mechanic now and i am building my engine myself but tuning/japanese parts/advice will b good to get from creatd motorsports.
  13. haha im maco myself. I was thinking of just getting products from them and autobarn and getting advice from rob.
  14. Hey guys are any of you CREATD MOTORSPORTS customers and how good are they with the RB25? What is you opinion on their work ethic and how is their quality?
  15. have you got pix of the kit on a r33 gts-t?
  16. ive been driving manual ever since i started driving, have been on my learners for 1 year exactly, and its the best thing ive done, easy as anything. I started driving with my parents and stuff learning manual. Start off with an easy clutch etc and go up from there.
  17. The most i can get in standard from, standard being ecu, bottem end, cams. Maybe around 200 - 250 rwkw. Ultimately in the long run around 300 350 rwkw using a 35/40 and maybe rb30 bottem end rebuilt with steel rods and forged pistons and a good set of cams.
  18. so which injectors will fit straight in without any modifications done to the ecu setup?
  19. 250 rwkw sounds pretty decent, that could be achieved with a hiflow t3 easily. aswell as a good flowing exhaust system
  20. ah right right, do gtr injectors fit in the std rb25 fuel setup and would i need an ecu if i upgrade them? i know that with the rb30's its u haveto change the ecu if u have the injectors. But im not too sure on the rb25 ecu.
  21. Hey guys im kinda new to this site and i am looking at buying a R33 GTS-T, i am just wondering what hp rating their injectors are and what rwkw will i be able to get out of them with the right tune etc.
  22. Hey guys i am currently looking to do an apprenticeship with a high performance mechanic, something that is already in the field of modifications. I'm just trying to get a better start for myself, i have spoken to various people (service and parts managers at ford, holden etc) they said that if i start an apprenticeship off with those companies im locked in for 4 years wheather i like it or not. So if there is any vacencies with any mechanics that do deal with modifications (v8, rotary, turbocharger) please let me kno by either contacting me or sending me a pm. Thanks heaps, Phillip Nikoloski
  23. i am currently looking for an apprenticeship with mechanics, more the high performance side of things, doing oil changes day in day out just bores me. i have had experience in the field already and i am going in that direction. what are the chances of getting into a fairly good high performance place these days?
  24. does anyone know of any available 1st year apprenticeships at any high performance mechanics around the northern suburbs of victoria? i am currently looking for one so i can apply. Any tips? (i know all the negative stuff everyone will say, heard it all before)
