  1. $27,000 With no carbon wing blade, no clear front indicators, no Trust gear knob, no floor mats, no carbon engine covers, no boost guage..........all stock items replaced where necessary, can remove more items for the right price, wheels would drop it by alot if you don't want them.
  2. so the tyres are definately 225's? Isn't that a bit small for a 33 GTR which came stock with 245's?
  3. Looks great, I feel your pain trying to sell, the white wheels suit it well, but it takes me back to when mine had them and trying to keep them clean, one drive and the fronts are filthy, looks the same on yours! Free bump for you anyway!
  4. ^^^ thats a 32, he wants a 33. I think you'll be hard pressed to find a nice, clean 33 GTR for $22k even stock(seems people want more for stockers), I know there might be some out there for that price, but not ones that you'd want realistically. As mentioned, do you want bone stock, or slightly modded? You'll pay more depending on colour too from what it seems. If no one buys mine very soon, I'll be stripping it down, on stock rims(less if you provide your own rims), fully stock interior in good nick, blacked out engine(looks really good compared to the usual dirty silver), none of the currently fitted carbon bits(back to stock bits), Alpine speakers but no CD player, but will still have some good quality shit on it mechanically, like the stainless 3 1/2in exhaust, Haltech E11 V2, HKS pods, S3 projectors, late 96 model in midnight purple, coilovers, immobiliser/alarm/central etc etc for about $24k on some stock 17s, $23k you provide your own rims and $22.5k you provide your own rims, no rego, no RWC.....so that give a few options if you are keen.
  5. I've got a few people keen at the moment, but typically at the time when I'm ready to pull bits off, so I'll give them a bit longer to make any decisions before I start stripping, but if anyone is keen on some parts, shoot me a PM, already got some people interested in certain bits. I know I'd be wanting to pay $28k for this car with some nice goodies on it, as opposed to an average GTR for $3-4k less that you'll then have to spend money on making it nice, but anyway, I think people are just being careful with their money at the moment, which is fair enough, but I do want this gone pretty soon, so I will take certain measures to make sure it sells and am still open to reasonable offers!!!
  6. Still looking, found a few sets, but all are interstate and when it comes to crunch time people can't be bothered getting shipping quotes or doing the sending......it really isn't that hard, call a Pack and Send, get quote, drop wheels off there after receiving cash, or they have the wrong size tyres(like 235s), or want too much money. I'd obviously prefer Brisbane/SE QLD, with 50% or better treaded 245's or bigger, decent condition rims, some scrapes are ok, and am willing to pay for freight if interstate.....these wheels usually sell anywhere from $700-1200 condition and tyres depending so I'm not really prepared to pay $1500, thanks anyway! So, anyone got some that fit into the above categories Thanks.
  7. No not xenons, xenons can't be complied in QLD so when a car comes in with them, they remove the setup and put big stickers in place saying "do not replace the xenon setup"........they are over rated anyway, superbright whites look exactly the same as far as I'm concerned!
  8. IP=?
  9. actually I might have found it.....is it 245/45/17?
  10. Quick question, and its probably on here somewhere but I can find it. What size tyres come stock on R33 GTR's on the 17x9's? Thanks
  11. Obviously not in QLD seeing as you say you'll have to pay $$$ over the coming years to hang on to them, and realistically I reckon QLD is one of the only states where you can stand to make decent cash on plates as once you buy them, you own them forever and not a single $$$ more has to be paid, even when not on a car and sitting on your wall. I believe that there is money to be made on plates, if the combo is right and something might be sought after, but it all comes down to how greedy you choose to be, put $1mil on DR LOVE and you'll be seen as an idiot and you'll never sell them, but put $5k on R35 and you'll probably stand to make a few $$$$.

    Rays Wheels?

Its actaully pretty hard to find places that stock a decent range, simply because they are expensive to keep on hand and with soooooo many varying sizes, offsets and colours its pretty rare that they'll have what you want. Most places will order only and you'll be waiting up to 8 weeks, even more in most cases. I responded to your PM, let me know what you think.....
  13. Final price drop to $28500 before I start stripping things off it and getting some stock GTR rims to replace the Volks, still open to offers, but will soon be taking stuff off to sell seperately and reducing the price further with less mods.
  14. car is still sitting, undriven, waiting for a new owner, still no serious offers and am open to any.......
  15. Its not too bad, it takes a few weeks to get used to it, but otherwise its all good, avoiding big, steep hills if you're stuck in stop start traffic is a good idea....but I don't drive it daily all the time, only every now and then, and not at all at the moment!
  16. I'm looking for R33 GTR standard rims with tyres that are road worthy with some decent tread, these seem to sell for between $1000-$1200 usually. I'm not looking for plain rims for $1000, thats a bit overpriced as far as I'm concerned as previous sales of GTR rims with tyres have been around that....I'm wanting something I can use straight away, not needing to buy and fit tyres. Thanks
  17. Monday morning price drop.......$29500 negotiable and open to offers?!?!??!?!
  18. Is anyone else keen on any of these ideas, anyone with 18/19's around $2k to swap + cash, maybe stock R33/R34 GTR rims + cash, or just a straight sale on the whole package of wheels/tyres/wheelnuts for $4k ono?
  19. still looking for some, PM if you have anything
  20. I hear ya, seems the same in all circles within regards to selling cars lately, but as you said, wait and the right person will come along, but unfortunately it gets to a point where you no longer have the patience, space or care to wait because once I decide I want to sell a car, I want it gone, it'll barely get driven now, and I don't want it just sitting in my garage, hopefully I can just hold out, but we'll see what happens, I have 2 other cars to play with now......I remember being down in Sydney for an Autosalon back when OYEAH was a big HP R33, Rigoli's were down from thier QLD workshop and took us around the Sydney hotspots for rumbles, that thing was mental back then!!! Anyway, back on topic.......nice GTR for sale
  21. Its all good, I don't believe the price is too high, so many people are commenting on the price being really good, but if reducing it a little each week will help see it sold, then thats what I gotsta do as I do want it gone, I need more space and have other cars to play with now.....I just think the market for $30k+ cars appealing to younger people is a bit dry at the moment, especially with new p-plate laws and the economy the way it is. yep
  22. Didn't you own the old OYEAH from Rigoli's? GTST, not a GTR? However, I hear what you are saying, and the price is coming down slowly, but there are plenty of 33's for more $$$$ than mine, they don't seem to be selling either, but I'm by no means asking stupid money in my opinion. My car has just had a major service and has never seen more than 1 bar on an essentially stock setup, so I can't see this engine having any issues as its never really been pushed. I paid more than I'm asking 11 months ago, and I felt it was worth that money then, as the few sub $30k ones I looked at were rubbish, thrashed and in pretty average condition, the few others I looked at around what I paid were also rubbish! I guess it comes down to what someone wants, most GTRs have dirty, messy and unkept engine bays, ricey little add ons to the exterior, and over gadgetised interiors, all of those things I didn't want and I'm hoping there are some people out there that want the same. Oh well, no rush, the price will continue to fall slowly.....if I can ditch the Volks, that will help for sure, but I'd have thought some people interested might have looked at the price and compared it to the $26-28k-ish GTR's and added the $5500 for the Volks and have thought it to be a great price with some top notch wheels. Its not as if I haven't said negotiable, or throw me some reasonable offers, $25k isn't resonable in my eyes, as not many are advertised for that, let alone will sell for that. I'm hoping there is more appeal in a less modified one mechanically and more tastefully done in other areas, which leaves a blank canvas for some wanting to go a little nuts but knowing they have bought an unmolestered version or someone who just wants a tidy, fun car which is what I wanted. Thanks for the input, and we'll see what happens, I'll just plod along, I'll just start pulling stuff off soon and selling it off and reducing by more til it sells. As I said though, open to reasonable offers!!!!
