  1. What's the intended purpose for the big brakes? @Blakeo drag or circuit racing?
  2. Under warranty, so going to send it. Went onto unsealed roads, and got all four wheels going.
  3. Seems yours isn't pushing as much as mine. I fear the motor needs to come out for the both of us and time for sump vents
  4. Lololol.. wallah running trim tabs, dw cuz, Moey Don't Worry said these will fix.
  5. I think I did a potato job at bleeding the clutch before and might not be 100% free of air hence the spongey pedal. At least with this simplification it's going to be much easier to bleed.
  6. @robbo_rb180 they're a pretty decent street/track pad as they give you near track pad performance but a street pad feel, ie not much heat required. New day, new part, and wasted more money ? Now to find time to delete the haram clutch dampener.
  7. Yes but you won't gain anything if you can't add in timing, so in some ways pointless exercise. If you were to run a Nistune you could use the compensation tables to add timing and lean up your mixture as you ramp in your WMI using the flex input.
  8. Congrats on going single, you have made more Americans angry ?
  9. Nice heat shield, has a Barra feel to it haha You'll need to delete the condenser to chill a RB S13 properly. Even back in my fully sick kebab spec slam on tits RB20 180SX the 180kW Maccas Carpark stance box would overheat around the twisties with 3x 12" thermofans (1x push, 2x pull). In the end, ripped out the condenser, ran 2x in push and no more over heating.
  10. Good result, is that on a hub or roller dyno? Also AWD or RWD? I'm just curious.
  11. NHB Automotive ? are doing 12% off all Elig Brake Pads for the month of August, no minimum sets required. www.nhbautomotive.com.au
  12. Intima, Elig, Ferrodo, Project Mu, Ferrodo, Endless, etc.
  13. no need for o ring, not sure why it's even there? I ran mine between 2x lines Block -> fitting -> hose -> filter -> hose -> fitting -> turbo
  14. Everytime I look at this thread it progresses Just a question, are you still filling up your catch can on hard drives? I'm constantly filling mine up now, so as of recent I used the spare head/VCT drain from head to block (not used on NEO motors) and vented that to the catch can. Hoping that would some how resolve crank case pressure building up and pushing all the oil into the catch.
  15. Avoid Benshit, overpriced for what they are. So many other brands out there that perform better, produce less dust and cost less.
  16. I run one, put it this way if your motor lets go and sends bits of metal into your oil system do you also want it to take out your turbo? Just insurance for the turbo CHRA.
  17. If anyone shops at SipnSave or Bottlemart or Harry Brown, use the code SAVE20 at checkout (today only) and save $20 for orders over $100 (excludes cancer sticks & delivery). shop.bottlemart.com.au shop.harrybrown.com.au shop.sipnsave.com.au Yeah, I might have some affiliation but whatever, cheap grog LOL
  18. Yes correct, however just seeing if it makes any difference to relieving crank case pressure. You would at least imagine it's doing something at the very least (as Nissan had it on the R33 motor). If this doesn't work out, motor out and welding on a couple of 12AN fittings to the sump and also will run a head to sump vent too.
  19. @Jasoncauser hitting up Wakefield, try get sub 10s with the shitty AR-1 tyres. Then will get better tyres afterwards @mlr let's see, if the next place is big & has a shed will make doing silly swaps much easier
  20. I actually just used the unused VCT head drain/breather as the R34 NEO motor doesn't use it. Fitted up a 3/4NPT to 10AN fitting, and ran that to the catch can. As circled in blue (not my photo). With R33 RBs that is attached to the head to that blank flange next to exhaust of Cylinder 1. However, I feel that it's still pushing out some oil. I handed the keys to my friend to go thrash it around "Mexico" after we fitted everything and there's still a decent amount of oil droplets forming in the catch. Find out soon enough, decided to go track day on the 14th of September LOL.
  21. Freeing up some money to upgrade the house and hopefully find a place with either a double garage or a shed 30mins from Sydney CBD. Wish me luck lol, maybe BMW afterwards ? @Unzipped Composites should touch base with Ben at Thirdstrike Fabrications. He's ex-Hypertune and he uses the same cores too.
