    Single scroll manifolds with a single gate makes controlling boost easy. Twin scroll manifolds with a single gate becomes fun. If anyone missed my point earlier.

    I would disagree with a 40mm on the Sinco single gate, twin scroll manifolds. I have a 50mm on mine and it's a little bit hard to control boost.

    You "can" however you'll reduce the sensor's life dramatically. If you disconnect the stock O2, it won't throw anything into limp mode. You'll simply just lose your short term & long term fuel trims and it will peg rich on cruise.

    1000cc easy 400kW+ on E85, FWIW on my old shitbox setup I was at 90% DC (there abouts) with 875cc Siemens DEKA V with AFRs about 11.5 (gasoline scaling) and put out 372kW.

    Maybe, if your old reg wasn't raising the fuel pressure 1:1 with your manifold pressure then you'll need a retune. If it was working correctly then no, you'll probably notice better transient throttle too with a proper fuel reg.

    They don't like big boost, tried pushing 1.5bar into one it cracks open so deleted it. But he's American, they believe if you don't run a BOV your motor and turbo will explode.

    Multimeter behind the dash, check resistance at different levels, create that table in Kebabtech and fully sick kebabs! I feel that the curve might not be linear, so you would need to map out 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8, full and linearise the rest. I had this cracked dream too, but now might just strip the car.
