    Mishimoto fans are junk, throw it into the bin. Use the stock 250kW (or whatever your motor is making) fan you have, if you don't have it go buy a SPAL electric fan to replace that Mishimoto junk.

    Ultimate dream would be a 240Z, retro ABS, retro climate control, retro proper pyro pretensioner seat belts with a nicely moulded in dash ??? But realistically a S14A would be good.

    Random, but the wife knows I want a BMW - but she said "I don't want you to sell the R33" because she reckons I'll end up buying some other clapped out shit box Nissan down the line (has happened twice already after selling the 180SX and saying I don't want another shitbox). She allow a re-shell into something of choice, guess that's still a win lol.

    LOL a build is a build, if that means building a laundry/bathroom or so That's so good you have all that space to do things, probably something we'll do once the wife and I find other means to earn a decent income that doesn't involve being near Sydney CBD. Adulting can suck at times.

    @JCup looks like we have a few things in common, Nissan shitboxes and renovating ??? One thing I haven't tried to tackle is DIY tiling. When I renovated the laundry I paid a tiler, but part of me thinks I should have done it myself. That's going to be a sick shower, dual rain heads, something the wife wants but I said no as we are planning to either sell this place or rent it out in a few years. I still dream of a house with a double garage, some form of man cave/room and about 30 to 40km to Sydney CBD. At the moment we're in a townhouse that's about 33kms away (so 1 box ticked lol). You should have a reno/car build thread too haha

    These days most builders aim to water proof enough to get it a bee's dick past the 7 year warranty mark and hope to see you again OR they pretend to go bust, change names and off they go again and do shitty work. Rather be eating in Korea, here's a photo from yesterday at Hong Kong waiting to board the plane back to Chiko Roll Dim Sum land. Pork, Chicken and Duck plate, because I ain't no vegan.

    Tile Factory Outlet, cheap and fast. Had massive issues with Tile & Bath Co. They cocked up our order big time (long story). The floor tiles are all porcelain but the wall tiles are ceramic as there's no real need to get porcelain on the wall, since the water is going to head off anyhow.

    Good tune, good parts, big boost, rip skids. I had a 300 000km (maybe 400 000km, Edward Lees SE Odo windback) motor making 372kW and abused so bad on the track, skid pans, Mexico before it exploded 1.5 years later.

    Mainly brake pads, fluid, and Turbosmart whooshy parts. Will list up more crap when I'm back from my holiday (currently in Korea). Dirty plug time, www.nhbautomotive.com.au So hard finding time to even drive the car, let alone working on it. Last time I paid someone to work on mine, it came back with a fuel leak and power cabling not terminated properly to my fuel pumps. Not to mention the lack of a fly back diode so I burnt through two SSRs. Just put some movie on for the kids, hand them a tablet each and done lol. 7 years in the making? Man that's dedication, I've given up on mine. Need to reseal the sump properly as I did a shit job the first time and change the FMIC then it's club 600hp but ceebs now, especially buy the Tiguan ?

(Pipe dream, well maybe not you're already fabbing and building a car and I've got a new e-Comm store and I do tuning on days when some clapped out Silvia owner is too poor to pay a shop) I digress, keep up the good work man!
