  1. get 1.2mm It's 2019 not 1979 where we have shitty ECUs
  2. Gotcha! For a split second I thought you were suggesting a helicoil
  3. Habib, if you read the guide it will make sense. No thread inserts, those are gay.
  4. Tomei or Nitto o-ring gasket, avoid Cometic if your block isn't prepped as it won't seal.
  5. if you want cheap Brembos and don't want to pay the GT-R tax, get yourself 350Z Brembos calipers, Rotors They will sit a bit future out compared to the GT-R ones, but if you've already got some decent wheels you'll clear it. Oh, here's a guide I wrote many years ago: http://www.trak-life.com/diy-350z-brembo-brakes-conversion-nissan-skyline-r33-gts-t-gts-gts-4/
  6. PM me, I can help with sourcing clutches too
  7. Yeah, but I find their interiors and exterior styling doesn't provide boners - reminds me of my asian neighbour's clapped out camry
  8. Even a 340i or 335i F30 M-Sport with the optioned LSD. Maintenance would be relatively cheap if you're hands on and being a N55 or B58 motor they're pretty good - once again, with good maintenance. Also you could take them onto the track thrash its mum, go to the shops and not get defected or have your eardrums snap off.
  9. Haters gonna be haters Just like the Holden guys that hate fast Nissans, same deal Holden Guys I make 1000000000000hp, but can't go very fast anywhere
  10. just bring some fertiliser, should grow back in a few days (seems to work on Better Homes & Gardens)
  11. there's a comments section - you could talk boats there too LOL
  12. I really should blog about my tuning aye? one of my mates gave me that idea - since I kind of already do it here on SAU but it just gets lost in the boat talk - have a read! https://www.nhbautomotive.com.au/blogs/news/tuning-a-nissan-200sx-s15-on-e85-flex-tune Also use the code NEARLYSUMMER for 15% off ALL BRAKE PADS
  13. Those BMWs are like meth, one you get a taste you're hooked
  14. This week only, $240 for full set of Intima SR brake pads OR $250 for Elig Sports brake pads shipped with Invoice for Sumitomo caipers, i.e. Benshit DB1170 and DB1220. Happily knock off $30 if you bank transfer (still get invoice, ShitPal takes a massive percentage for payment - so try and avoid)
  15. I'm currently holding the R33 S2 Silver but Autosalon respray Purple with rust and Edward Lee's certification record at Wakefield
  16. @Sirsyorrz as soul crushing as this sounds, sell what you've bought to someone else Save your money, get a standalone ECU or at the very least get a SAFC II or NEO and a decent wideband, retard you base timing about 2~3 degrees, hammer more boost and tweak your AFRs till it targets about 11~11.5:1 If you start to run out of injector, add in a FPR and bump the base pressure to about 3.5bar. But, get a standalone (best option)
  17. Does your tuner's name start with an A? Haltech boost control is amazing, if your tuner can't get that right then yeah.
  18. You can make it. However, I suggest you avoid that MINES ECU junk. Yeah, more reason not to buy it
  19. As much as I love Nistune, and also being a dealer/tuner for Nistune - the R34 one is a massive pain in the arse to get right. The throttle enrichment, the simulated VE table and hitting the last row each time your boost sensor voltage taps out drives everyone nuts. Yeah you can "disable" the R34 MAP sensor, but then you'll notice the load scaling then goes out the window too. Just go full standalone.
  20. Watch out Maatouks, records will be broken. That R33 Sunroof record
  21. Yeah can check, but it's not an easy task! LOL you dirty white man
  22. QFM has gone bust it seems, if there are any QFM fans here's your time to score brake pads for like $10 https://www.lloydsonline.com.au/AuctionLots.aspx?cid=5&smode=0&_ga=2.135070065.1566686899.1574114891-615684107.1574114891 Okay for street, not for track (nearly put my car into a wall).
