  1. Not working today, both kids are asleep, no calls from work, why not work on the shit box. As we all know, non of the modern standard head units fit nicely in these shit boxes. In the past with my previous head unit and previous shit box JDMs I used foam seal tape OR use those door brush seals. Thought I'll try something different this time round, and bought a $13 fascia off eBay (bought it like 6 months ago). With no real way to attach the stupid thing, I decided to hot glue the cnut on. Needed to trim the top, but overall looks better than before. Might need to trim a tiny bit off the top, but that's a job for another year lol.
  2. Lol, fuark how's your life insurance policy? Did you check the PDS before doing any of this? Lololol
  3. If you go to the Asian store, 30 boxes of Mi Goreng are about $17 which ends up being cheaper than the ALDI spesh lol..
  4. Nice looking ZF8HP 4WD conversion, I mean pool 🙂
  5. Looks like all the hard work paid off, when is the Turbosmart 6262 turbo coming?
  6. Yeah okay, done, I'll send it up in 2026
  7. When you accepting jobs? I'll drop off my car, thanks.
  8. Highly doubt it, and you're making like 10x the power of your average Toyota 86 or Honda shit box, so light weight or not, you're not really going to notice.
  9. A rough setup guide, fronts high pass then at 50hz, rear speakers at 100hz and subwoofer low pass at 80hz.
  10. Remember to high pass the rear speakers, so you don't have the subwoofer and rear speakers working together, you'll end up terrible bass/distortion or worse blown rear speakers.
  11. Typical Skyline owner, 98% broken/in pieces/on a hoist/at a fab shop/leaking something, 2% driving it.
  12. non garbage mufflers, 2 of them (mid muffler & rear muffler).
  13. Get some Vibrant mufflers and custom make whatever to suit, the OTS stuff is never good IMHO, if you're keen import some SP Mufflers from Australia. They are superb, they used be known as SMB Muffler however was taken over by SP Muffler (same design, tooling, etc. but modernised approach).
  14. Successful season and year! Looks like only the turbo and a few silicone elbows copped it. Like the new party package
  15. Looking promising! Hopefully smooth sailing from here!
  16. has been cleaned out, I'll make sure to wash it again and again
  17. Let's waste money season. Now with an additional 10AN fitting to loop back into the intake. I managed to drill into the can and not dislodge any internal baffles, against what my fabricator said. He did say I was brave, I then told him you should be more confident of your tack welds. Anyhow, managed to slip a pipe into the 3rd baffle, theoretically this should avoid sucking up any liquid that gets spewed out by the stupid RB motor. The rest should spray onto the baffles and drop straight down into the sump drain. Next is the turbo intake pipe, then send the lot back to the powder coaters to make me even poorer this month. All this because I own a RB, meanwhile a 700kW 2JZ will have a $50 eBay catch can and it will be dry.
  18. haha only if you pay for the fab work Will need a new cold side pipe, and most likely need to chop up my catch can to allow the e-throttle to clear with the pipe work
  19. I really like how you're still using the factory runners & a NEO head, in some way I regret not sticking with the OEM intake manifold. Lost like 200~300rpm of downlow response moving to the shiny Plazmaman intake manifold.
  20. Someone just bought the party package
  21. Now imagine you had working AC, higher quality of life.
  22. looks good, now to find the rest of the OEM trim!
  23. Should be a game changer with Turbosmart entering the market, has some HPT / Precision feels to it with water cooling. Eagerly waits for real world data
  24. I love SAU, we always seem to de-rail each other's threads LOL...
