rule of thumb (for myself that is) 75% or so of your targeted max. desired boost.. so say you want to run 2 bar, get 1.5 bar actuators or so.

also.. I would measure your voltage across RPM for your car.. I had a faulty alternator that would drop to about 12.2 volts at 4~5k rpm.. I have a brand new Circuit Sports one and it holds 14V to Redline However, that's another story.
