  1. I still have mine
  2. And? Makes no difference dude. Ignition/Fuel maps don't change by themselves with age lol Can't believe you're selling her!!!!!!! Ferk it's clean, you sure take good care of your car mate! Good luck!
  3. The sensor/switch mounted in the bottom RHS of the radiator is for the thermo fan. If you're bored, unplug it and bridge it with a paper clip
  4. It's just a thermo switch for the front fan. Kicks in about 90 degrees
  5. Or buy the Tridon equivalent. Same as s14/15 as well (if memory serves me correctly)
  6. Just drop a r34 neo rb25det in, cheaper and easier
  7. Try blocking off the aac completely
  8. What injectors are you currently running again? I recall something off the shelf Jap ones. Why not just run straight E85/80 (whatever us coming out of yhe bowser)? I'll put my car on the juice when it's tax return time, that way we can have a better comparison on ignition maps
  9. I'm sure you can dial up more timing, especially with your fuel choice
  10. man that ball bearing version of the SS2 looks awesome, keeps spinning and spinning and spinning and spinning.. can't say the journal one does that haha Oh yeah, been touching up my tune, here's my map (for those DIYers who are interested). Can't seem to squeeze anymore out of the stock injectors, boost now at 1.2bar with SS2, externally gated. Pulls like a freight train in 3rd, and I'm able to get full boost in 5th at 3600rpm
  11. Sure, here's mine - not the same turbo, however very similar in many ways. 1.2 bar of boost in 4th at 3800-ish rpm - timing map is for 98 RON and with knock monitoring I can't hear anything. However this is consider very mild timing as I punched these in before the track day and only have touched it up here and there.
  12. Even when you adjust the idle screw? Close enough still should be at 15 degrees
  13. yes yes no - buy a $5 spark lead and do this (not my photo):
  14. Photos!!! I'm after a more quiet exhaust too, although a stock VY V8 makes more noise than my car
  15. Getting old, prefer linear power. V8 styling
  16. Add limslip or use Nulon SAE90 GL5 oil. Mines pretty good and you don't even notice it half the time.
  17. hahahahah I would say you would benefit if you were a female, but hey I'm sure you can vibrate them hHAHAHAHA
  18. How did you know I would swap for beer? You read me like a porno mag
  19. I have one too, PM if you want.. $20
  20. yeah send it back I have Yellow Jackets for $200 if you want them, decent for stock ~ mild ish boost levels.. I've used them at 16psi and they're ok - however after that they play silly buggers unless you gap the plugs down.
  21. Nope, different plug
  22. go onto the DSM forum, these gates tend to jam up after several hundred heat cycles.. just pay a touch more and get a tried and tested turbosmart one... they're not much more and work as expected.
  23. I'm doing a terrific job of trying to sell it. maybe I should post more photos of me doing skids.. yeah I'll do that.
