ECU doesn't remap shit.. it has a pre-defined ignition & injection table.. the only closed loop is the idle & knock feedback. If you insist in running 91RON, just retard the base timing like 4~5 degrees so at idle it's at 11 degrees BTDC

Some update, did some tuning last night and ramped it up to 1.1 bar already.. appears my stock injectors are about to hit a brick wall. I've dialled in more fuel however I've notice I had to add in heaps to get it under 11.8 AFR. For those interested, attached is my fairly relaxed timing map I tried to add more timing after 5000 rpm, but experienced some knock around the 5200 ~ 5600rpm part (which does't make much sense as I'm past max torque). Will check my CAS again.

I've used non submersible hose in the past and it was ok for 98RON, not sure how it will behave in E85. However if you look on eBay, at times you'll find Gates Submersible E85 hose for about $25 delivered for a 30cm cut

factory boost gauge is NOT in PSI or kPa.. it's in a different measurement so when it registers 0.7, that's actually 1 bar I can't remember how much I paid for it, but $300 is what I would want

Something random, man the customer service at Adaptronic is amazing! I am having some small issues with my Adaptronic ECU with the connectivity and idle closed loop, Andy replied in 30 minutes and gave me unreleased software to try and fix the issue.

I ran a PowerFC on my old R33, consistently got 430~450km and would do easily 550+ km on the highway. I had it ran in closed loop, used the narrowband simulation of an Innovate LC-1 and had a bit more timing in cruise than the stock map (cruise area that is).

leave it alone, good luck getting any more than 0.7bar through the motor with the stock ECU

Maybe you're getting it mixed up with fatter midrange as you can really pump timing into it at max torque compared to 98RON which knocks when you're generous with the timing.
