  1. Get OEM done, GMB are ok but jiffo or someone else told me they had first hand experience with them weeping. FYI I bought an entire OEM timing kit (belts, bearings, seals, water pump) all for 340$ delivered to my door step off EBay US
  2. Take a print screen of the ignition map, ceebs downloading the software pack
  3. You want a long slow ramp rate, ask the dyno owner to do it. I'll post up my timing map later tonight for a comparison
  4. best to pop it on a dyno, with those timing figures on a slow ramp you will find it will knock quite abit around 3600~4000rpm (assuming that's your peak torque). I like to ramp the cars I put on dynos around 9km/k per second.. i.e. the car increase 9km/h each second... the shorter the ramp, the less stress and usually shoots up higher numbers. I prefer to really load up the motor and let manifold glow.. think about a track, especially the straight at wakefield it's not a 400 metre straight it's quite long, thus more load on the motor
  5. stock is 22, however nissan never factored in 1.3bar into the motor.. the powerFC map is just to get the car going remember that
  6. what's your base timing locked at? appears you've got quite a bit of timing, especially for a small turbo
  7. how much boost are you running? and I suggest you run less and less timing as load increases (incase your actuator hose comes off OR you get a massive boost spike). 12-12.5 is consider ok up top, however most prefer to keep it under 12. I usually like peak torque (roughly after max boost) around 11.5 then it tapers up to 11.8 all the way to redline.
  8. I have a braided BRAND NEW oil line feed for the stock turbo $50
  9. I have an R33 S2 ABS diff at home, I'm in Sydney too
  10. because it goes brap brap brap brap on idle
  11. 2 months ago, and partly tuned it a few weeks ago. A little CBF with cars at, if it doesn't sell I guess I have to keep it and rip more skids on the track
  12. yes, throw it in the bin OR sell it to some Honda owner.
  13. go here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/forum/184-rb30-conversions/
  14. what's wrong with a highly strung RB30? lol it will make more power under the curve and bring any turbo on earlier than a Rb25
  15. Proven to make siet all gains with low to mild powered RB motors.. That RB20 Propaganda fella Roy proved it on the dyno.. save money, buy awesome turbo, buy awesome injectors, buy awesome ECU and rip skids
  16. I have a set of S2 Yellowjackets if you want them $200
  17. just drop in a 3.0L.. cheaper in the long run. when my motor goes pop I will do it (provided the car doesn't sell lol)
  18. I'll take some photos tonight, interior is super clean (if that helps?) lol probably has around 200000+ current dash shows 140000, however I did the timing belt at 127 000 with this dash.. but car looks like she's done about 200000+ but nearly all the bushing has been changed, rear bearings replaced, new discs etc.. I would say about 220~230kW tops.. stock injectors haha
  19. I did 1m13 in the Evo with shitty tyres, was a breeze didn't even try to. Struggle to do 1m15 in mine
