  2. You can set TP Load limits on Nistune so when you exceed a load threshold your car will cut power. Nistune is not bad, it is limited however if you know what you're doing you can: Set engine load limits brappy idle if that's your thing launch control full flex boost control Of course getting a Link would be miles ahead, however if you know what you're doing Nstune itself is quite powerful. Just these "some guys" always bag out poorly setup Nistunes and thus giving it a bad name.
  3. Did you try adding more fuel to the cranking table when warm? With Nistune you're unable to set injector dwell vs voltage. It's just a fixed dwell so when you're cranking you might be under injecting fuel when your battery voltage drops.
  4. Controller triggers the pump, AEM kits you can dial in what boost pressure it starts to spray at.   6. But let's say you're purely using the WMI for additional cooling and primarily for cleaning, so if it did clog up you'll just end up with a dirty intake like how it is right now.

  11. haha nice, some faith mine will still hold up for a few more track days. It grinds 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th if I try and shift over 7k rpm, hence you see my track videos I'm fully granny shifting LOL
  12. oh yeah keep forgetting that layout uses a ZF box and the Quatrro system, only the smaller Audis they use the Haldex system. That's pretty good economy!
  13. I got in before that I'm assuming you can play around with the Haldex controller too? setting it to grip is good fun, but it makes the car drink a bit more fuel.

  17. The best one was when they raffled off a car still on finance. Company vanished, winner had the 4WD repossessed. Wonder when the regulators will step in, it's getting out of control now.

  21. Very damn cool, then again it's a turbo diesel, plenty of exhaust energy to make things move! Looks like a massive shit storm there, so I too wish you never have to touch that crap. Just don't up the boost lolol. Funny how VAG constantly rotate between turbos throughout the generations, they were using IHI before, Garrett and the shit box EA888 motors used Borg Warners.
