  1. What you on about? We all know VW came out with a R32 😂😂😂 Maybe whoever at the RMS put in Amarok instead.
  2. If it works for @34GeeTeeTee and @bcozican on their tracks1ut cars then it should work for my shit box. PS idler seems to be doing its job, and yeah some brap footage just because.
  3. So far seems ok, went to put in 98RON just then too. Car now on E23, and in standard Dose fashion smashed the limiter on the way home. Belt still on.
  4. One thing to note, fitting a decent sized turbo with that manifold will require you to trim part of the engine mount area. I believe @WARLORDdid this a decade or so ago, maybe closer to 2x? Lol.
  5. Andrew Hawkins? Does it have a Western Sydney Mode too? LOLOLOL.. There are similarities between your car and Brad's car I must say.
  6. I am noticing a trend here, MoTec + RB25 NEO head + GTS-t = fast track car lol.
  7. Just proves RB25DET NEO heads are the bestttttttttt
  8. GTS-ts are cool ummkay, look at Bradley Sheriff, got put in the naughty corner for going sub 2m09s and then had his lap time removed. All the Ford/Holden (inserts nice words) would have had a sook big time if they didn't.
  9. but but you don't have a 4 cylinder N/A making turbo whooshy noises with a laptop connected to it
  10. Will be fitting a water dispenser on it too, planning to do it tomorrow during work
  11. These random drops in voltage won't be doing you any favours
  12. soz to break it to you, I'm not a roll racer or drag racer. I really need to find a new hobby that doesn't involve this car and spending money.
  13. Active SAU forum members are all not normal. We have varying degrees of brain retardation.
  14. 14th of Feb Hopefully I don't bin the gearbox, it's getting a bit funny.
  15. Best option, don't buy any Skyline. Your wallet, mental health will thank you.
  16. If you're interested in buying my croc of shit, please have a squiz at my build thread (amongst the house renos)
  17. Installed, haven't started or run the car yet. Will do so once I've dropped/changed the oil, spanner/bolt check on everything on it. Ignore the oil mist, it was from the last event when I ran the car without a seal on the oil cap. I thought the cap was a bit loose, but never really clicked. The kit looks/feels quite good too, just fitting it with the factory fan & shroud in place was a bit fun. I dabbed a bit of loctite on everything too.
  18. AR1s are grippy, however one thing to note (my personal experience) they're not progressive in terms of fading. It's all grip, then nek minnit you've spun off the track. My other mates with lighter cars have had better success (K24 EK Civic, S15).
  19. 100% don't buy a Skyline, all you do is send your time and money fixing the piece of shit. Just buy a M2 Comp, maybe flash it and enjoy your life. Before Wakefield Park closed down I would often see M2 Comps, near stock bar maybe a reflash, dump pipes and R compound tyres doing 1m5s with ease. Then the owners would then head home on the same tyres, most likely the same tank of fuel too. Meanwhile all the Nissan shit boxes are swapping out wheels, spannering, filling up their cars with jerry cans, or booking in a tow truck because something has just sent itself. Everytime I go to the track something breaks, last time was a power steering belt, previous time ABS died, previous previous time I binned a freshly built motor. Sure people say BMWs are not reliable, but I mainly see or hear of Nissan shit boxes failing. Ok, end rant.
  20. Wow you're absolutely flying! @34GeeTeeTee Then again your car is made for it, I still have a full street car with working AC, heating, subwoofer lololol. Here's hoping I get it down to 1m50s with street tyres. If I can do that, I'm going to stop trying to go faster. Meanwhile, I took a day off to hang out with my son as his grandparents can't look after him today and my wife is back 4 days a week at work. During his nap I managed to work on the shit box. Installed the Ross Performance idler, dabbed a bit of loctite on it too because I'm paranoid. Then swapped out the reverse light switch after realising I bought this thing years ago. Ignore the oil mist, that was from last event when I ran an oil cap without a seal... Smart one, entire engine bay was covered in a fine layer of oil. My attempts of cleaning the engine bay wasn't good either so there's heaps of residual oil and/or dried up degreaser.
  21. This is my exact experience too! However I notice the chances of it coming off usually is above 7500rpm. Anything below seems to stay on the PS & balancer. I'm heading out to Eastern Creek to try GP Circuit again later this month, hopefully won't be spitting off a PS belt down into any of the turns because all that equals too is a binned car.
  22. Just throw the Western Sydney GT-R mode on and you'll get instalikes.
  23. LOL... show them my non-existent dragon tatt on my back and my non-existent tiger tatt ono my chest.. dumaaaaaa
