  1. You're in NSW, just drop it off at Smithfield Diff & Gearbox, the brothers there will look after you. They know their Nissans inside out. Yes their website sucks, but they're not short on customers either. http://www.diffandgear.com.au/
  2. So looking around at prices, my lord.... Nankang CR-S cost more than Nankang AR-1 and Hankook Z232 (RS-4). I think I'm going to get Hankook Z232 RS-4 next. For a 265/35/18 tyre: $489 Yoko A052 https://ozmx5.com.au/products/advan-a052-ultra-high-performance-tyre-18-sizes?variant=40076876218517&currency=AUD $390 Nankang CR-S https://tyres.geniepowered.com.au/product/nankang-cr-s-265-35r18-97y/ $330 Nankang AR-1 https://sleekaspares.com.au/product/265-35r18-nankang-ar-1-competition-semi-slick-tyre/ $290 Hankook RS-4 https://www.tempetyres.com.au/tyreproducts?hankook-2653518-97w-ventus-rs4-z232 Makes the decision a bit easier I think. @WantGTR I have a mate with a 4G63T in his Mirage and he rates those tyres too for just straight line grip, haven't heard of anyone use them as a street -> circuit tyre though.
  3. Same experience here too, went from a 19 row Mocal core (sandwiched between FMIC & A/C condenser) to a 25 row Setrab cooler in the driverside front duct/bar area. Water temp never got past high 90s on a warm day at Wakefield Park doing at least 6~8 hot laps per session (until the tyres gave way). Oil temperature would have been max 110.
  4. Looks like it really performs, just need a track review from him.
  5. I've been eying off the Nankang CR-S (CR-1 in other parts of the world). The Porsche fellas seem to like them, they said it's as good as AD08R and that's a good sign. I'm currently using 5 year old Nankang AR-1, although good grippy tyres they sure melt fast 😂 3x track days in (2x at Wakefield and 1x at Luddenham) plus a few anti lag launches and a small donut or two and they're on the tread indicators. Either that or Hankook RS-4 and call it a day.
  6. standard Skyline ownership, always a level of autistic behaviour involved. I don't want more than 300kW, nek minnit built motor dis dat.
  7. sell the turbos, buy a turbo. To be honest, since the turbos are out, you might as well just go single and at the same time get rid of the PowerFC, AFM, and any outdated parts like the injectors and fuel pump.
  8. Really liking that ATR43SS3, results are excellent.
  9. For the twin turbo boys/girls.
  10. Sigh..... another day, another filled shopping cart for this shit box.
  11. And perfect idle control with big cams and AC!
  12. Do a run with the exhausts dropped from the down/down pipe and see if you make more power. If you're making a fair whack more then you know what you need.
  13. Nice merged it into one, not your typical bogan that keeps it separate all the way and sounding like ear aids.
  14. 100% It's hilarious when you see that kind of professionalism from workshops too! Tape jobs, with no proper crimps. Your car will be a weapon once done!
  15. Excellent progress, looking very sexual. DBW is king, all those leak valves (IACV, AAC) belong in the trash
  16. Looking real good bro! Also love it when I see DBW used, it bothers me seeing big dollar builds and owners use conventional throttles with the OEM leaky valves to control idle.
  17. Lol.. these gender reveals aren't for your missus, I would have thought you'll be that really rad dad doing gender reveals for your kids 😎
  18. ZF, can transbrake 2nd, 3rd for the gender reveals.
  19. A quick little video from Garmin https://www.instagram.com/reel/Chv9qa2JKgr/
  20. Lol I hope some Muuurricaaaannnnnn buys mine. I will then never own a Skyline again (I said that last time, and the time before I said I'll never buy a JDM shit box but ended up my 1st R33, now 2nd)
