Hey dan, i got NGK Platinum sparkies in my ride atm( installed 2 months ago), but im not sure what heat rating they are and if there difference from the turbo model skyline. Did a search on teh NGK site but nothink in regards to the RB25DE,Your other post said Heat Rating of 7 is good. Is it urgent to install new sparkies? If not ill changed down the track.

I told them my current car is NA etc. N yeh im turbo charging it etc. The guy i was talking to, actually told me to remember to lower my compression etc n changed sparkies n all that. My agreed value is like 14g

Sounds good, so u had 2.25inch exhuast system with cannon too i assume? I told the mechanic to get a Gtst AFM as NA AFMs are different from one another yeh? He said NA AFM can get away with teh job? But im not so sure... lol.

Just cars Ins qouted me $1800 (with no mods) i told H2P im modyfying by adding a turbo kit, FMIC, exhuast n quoted them a price and my premium didnt go up at all. Still 1G. They allow 4gs of worth of mods before its affects the premium. Geeze guys, just a suggestion. wheres the love??

The Action Begin in 2 weeks im going to have to stick with my NA 2.25 inch exhuast with cannon but installtion does inc Front n dump. People just to let u know about H2P insurance (in conjunction with RAA). They are cheaper then Just cars etc and many others. Im currently P plator n drive Series 2 R33 NA GTS4. Compre insurance = 1g. I contacted them 2day advising them im modifying my engine via adding a turbo kit. Asumming my preimum will go up in the hundreds... suprisling it was $0.00 (any mods under $4,000g doesnt affect). They were nice people n knew about skyline etc... lol. Give them a Try. Hey cubes, Running Standard S2 turbo. Im not sure if its boostworx now because adel turbo tune (south Rd) offered me a cheaper rate. 6psi seem to be safe boost level with standard intercooler. Front mount i can boost to further. AT the end of the day shaun from boostworx n mark from turbo tune concludes by saying its all about tuning ie. Ignition Timiing etc. Yeh ill keep u guys posted. Amen to that = P Turbo chariging my 96 NA GTS4 in 2months at boostworx. It be running 10:1 comp with about 5-7psi of boost, the mechanic said with good tune it be possible to run 12psi(but that requires more $$$$ > < or engine go BOOM) . About 50% increase in power he said. If standard turbo ECU wont work he said he Remap my current Ecu. Btw guys, My rides auto -_- (yeh yeh i know, not many gts4 came out in man). Is the Na gear box handle powerincrease? Im changing to a GTR gear box at the end of the year when i have enough mumbo $$ ^ ^ . 4wd trubo = ) NA-t all the way lol

6g ey. I understand the mods mate, however with 6 g u can purchase a 33 GTR engine inc ecu,loom,gear box etc. with some spare change. anyways good luck the sale.

How about... Bolt on a turbo ^_^ n run 10:1 comp...? set u bk around 3gs, and u get more power. Leave na tuning to hondas...

Hey guys, first of all i just like to thanks Madaz for showing and taking me for a spin in his MAD AZ 4 door gt4 turbo'd F*Ing charged skyline What suprised me was that t Madaz did a bolt on turbo conversion running 10:1 compression with moderate boost level n not an RB25DEt engine as i first thought. However this car is mean ass! I been 200kws @ rears skylines n this feels just as fast n handles like a dream! Im going to mechanics with Madaz soon to get my car sus's out for a turbo conversion instead of engine transplant it will work out cheaper... well hopefuly... Good shizzle! Regards SHorty
