Little face-lift
-
Put me in as a maybe - I have the day off but I'll confirm closer to the date.
-
Any more pics, i.e engine bay/Interior? Is that a genuine GT-R front bar?
-
Hey Scotty I wouldn't go past Pro-Tek or you could check out Chasers mate for their knowledge of Evo's and overall workmanship. PM on the latter as they're not as 'polished' on their job completion, as of recent with a couple of friends who own evos. They might be a bit out of the way, but It's worth the peace of mind. Oh and +1 on flash tune, I think It's around ~$500-550 IIRC from most workshops. Can't go wrong.
-
Hehe yeah I think I've spent enough on her for the time being! Ahhh and the mods begin - Always start with the exhaust, love it
-
Yeah Scotty spur of the moment thing - Quick times in the end, shitty 13.6's to begin the day. This is my better clutch hahah, not sure if It's ideal for the way a GT-R is made to be driven!
-
Thanks Anth, nice meeting you too mate! Yeah I reckon she's got a couple of more tenths in her to crack an 11 - Gotta get the 60ft down a tenth and I should be right Clutch is good for now, until next time haha
-
Hehe the MPH's were all over the shop. For me it showed 140mph on my 12.2 run BIG LOL, but judging by my previous runs I was averaging ~110mph. I finally got the hang of how to launch the GTR - It really took me by surprise as I wasn't expecting anything quicker than 12.5. I backed up the 12.2 with two 12.4's straight after with 2.0 60ft. I think I shook her up when we had a heart to heart, I kept me end of the deal and she was driven gently on the ride home Would be good to test her out again @ Calder to compare, but I'm not sure if the clutch is up to the task - Still stinks now! Driver definitely need more work though
-
Heathcote 12/6/11 With 260awkw and a shitty clutch I finally managed a 12.2 @ ~110mph & 1.9 60footer - Man it was hard to launch out of the gates without bogging/frying clutch, but I finally managed a sub 13 Ash and got in DEEP! Your car looked awesomely quick BTW - I don't think Heathcote was the place to get the full potential out of your car, at least we got shitloads of runs in!

Wish I was still part of this minority! Awesome cars, couldn't have asked for anything better in a first car. Having said that they're cheap as chips ATM, i might just get back into one next year after experiencing the joys/deep pockets of owning a GT-R. Here she is in all her glory with my new baby; Damn I miss her

Looks like a very tidy example - Cleanest I've seen advertised here in a while! Good luck with the sale, she's gorgeous. Free bump!

SOLD -
Hey guys have my Bosch 040 fuel pump for sale. This item is in new and un-used condition still in plastic packaging. Selling due to going with a different setup. I payed $199 delivered from JustJap - It's yours for $160 FIRM. Would prefer pickup but can send out to anyone. You can PM me or call/txt on 0406 948 342 for any inquiries. Steve.

I think I payed 50-60 a corner IIRC - Been a few years now. I was running 235's at the front with the pic that R TUNE posted and it was horrible. Size 225's worked fine, 215s would be perfect and you probably wont even need to roll the fronts. With 235s on the rear you will need the roll done if you want to run a nice ride height with the 9" +30 rim, could possible get away with 225's but I didn't test this before I rolled mine.
-
That 32 with the 33 gt-r wheels was my old car. You can run those dimensions comfortably with correct tyre sizes. I was running 235's on the rear and the guards WILL need to be rolled. You could possibly get away with running 225's though. The new owner upgraded to 18x9 + 30 XD9's (as shown in pic) and the 18's sit much better on the car. There's no scrubbing to be had, but like I said the guards are also rolled.

You can purchase them from Bursons mate. That's where mine was sourced from same day by my mechanic when it went on my R32.

Hey guys I've filled in my forms and I want to enter - But just before I sent the forms out and deposit the money, I'd like to know whether I could renew my AASA on the day? It expired 14/08/10. I got a letter a while ago to renew but never got around to doing it and now I can't find the letter! -

R32_GODZILLA replied to Russman's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
Awesome package Russ at a great price! If I still had my 32 I'd be doing talks for sure! -
Looks awesome mate! ^^^ Sits just about perfect with those wheels, and the gold really compliments the Silver. What's the make of that twin exhaust? Always wanted something like that...

Some gorgeous GT-R's here - Might as well continue the trend: New love meets past love:

Don't think so buddy - Just done some RESEARCH after reading your post and the 20" retail BRAND NEW starting at ~$2800 for the narrowest wheel. You can get them for $1400 in 17" - Price listing Nice try. They're definitely not my cup of tea, but I'm doing the honorable thing of posting this up for a mate. Next time try and read the description more accurately instead of what you want to see to keep you from looking like a fool. Tony also mentioned to me he has a 2-way diff to suit s14/15 for $800 - Please contact him for any info, as he hasn't supplied me any pictures yet. Cheers, Steve.
