Thanks for sharing Trent. I've always heard about this and have always been cautious but can't believe it's gotten this bad! That absolutely sickens and enrages me - What the f*ck has this world come to?
-
Oh man haven't seen this in a while! Remember years ago finding it while still on dial-up, we left it on for hours to load so we could watch maybe half of it haha. Great bit of footage.

Hey guys selling up a couple of items I've had lying around for a short while that I have no use for anymore. 1. First Item is the standard turbocharger that come off my RB20 - Comes with elbow/bolts/elbow gasket but minus the RB20 Actuator as I used that for my RB25 turbo - Item in picture is RB25 Actuator. Price: $100 Hardly any if at all shaft play, served my very well. Most boost run through it was 12psi with a tune. Reason of sale is that I upgraded to RB25 turbo in search of more gains. 2. Second item for sale is my Apexi Power Intake filter to suit Nissan Skyline, R32/33/34 (All Ex GTR) - Only used for a couple of months. Comes with both gaskets and screws as pictured. Price: $70 Reason for sale: Gone back to stock airbox/cold air feed to keep it looking clean and un-defectable as I have an FMIC. Pick up only - Located in NW Melbourne. You can contact me here or by mob 0406 948 342. Cheers Steve.

Hey guys been browsing through this website http://www.japimports.jp/Japanese_Auctions.html for a while out of curiosity as I will be in the market for an R33 GT-R soon. There's been nothing tickling my fancy locally and I'm pretty much set on importing again for an series 3 R33 GT-R just like I did with my R32 4 years ago. Here's what I'm talking about and interested in now: Number of lot: 65006 / Auction: USS Tokyo From what I can gather it has history books, very low suspect mileage and what seems to be overall pretty good condition with some good scores. Ideally I was going to go full steam ahead in 2 months time for my search, but If anyone could get me more detailed information on this car, what this car might sell for or anything on their services would be much appreciated - If it falls within my budget I could be seriously ready to talk. Cheers Steve.

Congrats Russ! Well done mate, and well deserved to a top bloke and awesome driver - way to represent the RB20 community! Wish I could've come down to at least spectate, but had to work and in addition got some new tyres I didn't want to mince! Might've had 4 R32's in the top 5 otherwise

Gorgeous car mate. This car is super clean, well taken care of and comes with all the right gear - Will be a great car to own. All the best with your sale and future plans -
Gorgeous car mate - A credit to you for keeping this car in such immaculate condition. Tough market atm mate, you've got to be silly to pass by a car like this. Thanks for you comments on my for sale thread - means a lot. I'll be looking for a car just as clean and like yours real soon, but I'm content on a series 3. Best of luck with the sale mate

PM sent mate -
Thanks for the info - If the ECU will assume temps I will unplug it early tomorrow morning and give it a shot. At least then I can narrow it down and pin point the cause. I'm pretty confident it is the sensor. I've got someone looking for the sensor off their blown RB20 for me anyhow as I'd still like one. Hopefully save me a steep charge from Nissan! Yeah It's real annoying! I've been putting up with it for a while as it isn't overly concerning I just want to iron it out. If this works I'll let you guys know on the results - Hopefully save some headaches for anyone else that comes across this common problem.
-
Anyone? I've attached an image to show you the sensor I'm talking about that is circled: Coolant/water sensor? Same deal? I have been to wreckers, asked around and PM'd to no avail.

Hey guys posting here for an RB20 Water Temp Sensor as I'm hoping someone has one lying around/not in use that I can buy/borrow to see if mine is functioning correctly. Been having some cold starting issues with slight surging before reaching normal operating temps and it's fine. Been eliminating most causes so now I'm stuck with giving this a go. So before going to Nissan to buy one new (BTW anyone have a part number for it?), I'm hoping someone in VIC can help me out - I can come pickup whenever you're free. Apparently RB26 sensors are the same as RB20 ones if anyone can clarify? Would give me a much broader chance. Let me know here/PM/or call me on 0406 948 342 Thanks everyone Steve.

R32_GODZILLA replied to R32_GODZILLA's topic in For Sale (Private Whole cars only)
Thanks mate, that means a lot! That put a smile on my face Now it will make it that much harder to let go if I'm forced to part with it -
Hey everyone - I am really REGRETFULLY putting my car up for interested parties to see if I can get one lucky buyer an immaculate R32 to help fund me for a new project I wish to start. THIS IS EOI, IF I CANT MAKE IT A QUICK SALE IT MIGHT JUST GET OFF THE MARKET - SO GET IN QUICK! So here it is: Make:Nissan Skyline Model: HCR32 GTS-t Type-M Year: November 92' Vin Code: HCR32 284519 (Nissan Fast screen shot added here) Color: KH2 Gunmetal Grey Kms: 137,600~ Registration: end of June 2010 RWC: If there's quick interest can be provided, I need to get some tyres on for you Price: $12000neg - obviously cheaper if buyer wants to organize own RWC I have owned this rock solid car for almost 4 years now. I am the first Australian owner having imported in june 06 as there was nothing near as good condition locally. This is my daily driver, has not ever missed a beat - Regularly serviced at 5000km intervals (I believe if you take good care of your car, it will take care of you and it has!). I've taken care of this car like it is my child, whenever it came to modification decisions i always made a lot of research and stuck to smart and subtle/reliable modifications. Overall this car is in very good condition and with no accident history, but It's time to move on. Major Modifications & Service history: -Major service was done at approx 95,000km which included: w/pump, idler/tensioner bearings, heavy duty trust timing belt, cam + crank seals as well as new rocker cover gaskets. -Exedy Clutch Kit, Heavy Duty, Nissan Skyline R31/32/33 (NSK-7056HD) installed at 104,245km still very strong -GKtech split dump+front pipe & FMIC Kit -Standard airbox using highflow K&N Panel filter (also have apexi power intake pod included with sale) -3.5" cat-back (not sure on brand, came with car from japan - JASMA plated, nice subtle tone flows well also have, but untidy Blitz Nur Spec V cat-back included) -Apexi N1 99 Spec adjustable height/damper coilover suspension -RB25 S1 turbo (purchased off mark_sudakov VGC no shaft play! Installed 24-8-08) -CEFF11E Remap (awesome tune with Turbo-Tech bleed valve boost controller set at 13psi, which now makes 186.8rwkw) -Bosch 040 in-tank fuel pump (installed just before major service) -Mines R32 GTS-t front strut brace -Recently put in brand new yellow jacket coilpacks so I can now run NGK BCPR7ES-11, 1.1mm plugs with no hassles - Idles and revs out really smooth. -New 6month old O2 sensor just installed with recent oil/filter/plug replacement (< 500km ago) -Tinted Windows -GT-R Headlights also I believe as there is brackets on them for GT-R grille. -Project Mu slotted front rotors Security: -Warlock Alarm System 1500A + Siren (3500A equivalent) installed by trusted SAU member - great bit of kit, installed extremely well, comes with two remotes and two sets of keys. Interior: Whole interior is standard and in immaculate condition (no tears or cigarette burns) - only difference is nismo gear knob to set it off. Steering wheel like new, dash immaculate bar real small bubble in corner. Exterior: -GENUINE PLASTIC GT-R front bar, factory type-m side skirts and rear pods give it a gorgeous and aggressive look -R33 GT-R wheels 17x9 +30 (have seen better days, some gutter rash but that's how I bought them) -Professionally rolled guards Minor cons: - Typical cold starts everyone seems to have with these cars - Need to blip throttle on startup to hold revs, slight surging on light throttle before reaching normal temperatures when driving then car cold, then runs nice and smooth. - small kink in rear quarter someone tapped with door or trolley when parked at shopping center, haven't gotten around to get it popped out. It's pretty minor. - Paint is very good for age, you'll find some spots might be losing some clear but overall good. That's all I can think of for the moment, this is very hard for me to do but I'm looking for a very quick sale as I'm real keen on another car, if i can't get work out a deal soon I'll keep if for a little while longer. Don't miss out, one of the best R32's going around at the moment! My pride and joy, I will miss her I am negotiable. PICTURES: PM, post here or phone/txt 0406 948 342 for any enquiries! Cheers Steve

Japan Auctions
R32_GODZILLA replied to WhitePrincess's topic in Importing, Compliance, Modification Laws & Regulations
Still works for me - If not try removing the extension (everything after the "/" forward slash) or http://www.japimports.jp/Japanese_Auctions.html -
I'll be in the market in the next few months as well. Been doing lots of research and I've got a pretty good idea on price:condition ratio. There are lots on offer on carsales that have been up for a while - seems like a tough market. Hopefully when the time comes there will be more to choose from locally for my specific taste - Otherwise It's looking like importing again like my R32. evilGTR's r33 looks the goods - I wouldn't hesitate to inspect if I was in the market for one now. Anyone reading this looking to sell their immaculate late model series 3 r33 gt-r in the coming 3-6months remember me - shoot us a PM!
-
BTW Jess in the form it asks for CAMS - Is it necessary? I filled out N/A on the form (I'm Steven Trajkovski, my cousin Steven Bojkovski also applied wanting to know the same). I do have AASA though. If it is required and by any chance I get selected I will apply. Cheers Steve.
-
Excellent - Form sent!
-
Hey Jess I might be heading up from Melbourne with a couple of mates to spectate as we do not want to miss out on this event! I don't have any track experience, but id be willing to put my hand up to help if you need it. I see that in the application forms first timers will be considered, I might send one in if you want?
