i just read in the paper that they are goin to hit repeat offenders with thses new laws not sure if its true or not *they are goin to issue on the spot fines and loss of license(dont know how much yet) *they will tow your car away and clamp it at your home (good and bad i supose) *if the clamp is tampered with they will issue a warrant for your arrest for tampering with police property now im not sure if this is really goin to happen but i read it in the paper what do you guys think cheers
