  1. I found with one (gtr bov) fitted it doesn't have that boggy feeling on gear changes and wont stall when clutching it. Compared to having none fitted. To me thats win win.
  2. With a PFC and the IGN on, should the hand controller be registering afm Mv? I think the z32 afm has shiit it self. Mine shows 700mv and goes down to about 300mv. I pulled the afm apart thinking the solder joins have cracked, they weren't. Cleaned the hotwire with circuit cleaner and nothing.
  3. Here they have the gasket but i have never seen one. http://www.nengun.com/hks/extension-kit With the screamer on mine i didn't use a gasket at all, just exhaust cement. Hasn't leaked so far.
  4. Strange. Maybe the hks gt2535 is just that little bit bigger. Mine holds 19/20psi to redline (7400) Once i get a better dump and coils it will be getting a retune with as much boost it will swallow.
  5. Undo those 2 bolts holding the actuator bracket, then push down and towards the front of the car while tightening the 2 bolts up. That will fix it.
  6. Trust you to say that Nismoid Ash just try the screamer pipe, you will love it
  7. No dont tell him to go to the r31 club LOL. He puts these same type of threads there, we answer the question and he still asks. Guys just dont post in here, im saving you a big farking brain cramp hahahaha.
  8. What boost is it running?
  9. Prob exhaust temp sensor for a after market gauge.
  10. Atmo bov? If so thats maybe the problem.

I've noticed at work there are heaps (factory) and even a few at home. More than usual too.
  12. Mine does the same but the only difference is i got the gt2535. Learn to live with it lol. I've changed dumps (screamer/ bellmouth) r33 acuator (went to about 10psi but laggy as hell), hose's, taken out boost controller and still. Just smash 20psi into and enjoy it
  13. I dont want this to sound like a ''it's this, because it happened to me'' but my sisters R32 had the same noise and i thought it was turbo bearings. Turned out it was the idler bearings as the outer bearing race had come apart, got stuck around the timing belt and made it jump a few teeth on the inlet cam! Lucky there was no valve on piston love.
  14. Bah, just try it as you have nothing to loose except time.
  15. Check to make sure the plumb back hose is blocked off properly. That is all.
  16. 2.5 or 3 inch flange?
  17. Im guessing RB20det? If so it has the temp gauge and coolant temp sensor mounted on the motor side. Maybe the sensor in the rad is for the thermo fan to kick in if it gets over a certain temp?
  18. Haha yeah i had a greddy type s and still use the flange on the gtr bov (thanks drill bit) I find the bov really responsive, is that because on the beed hole?
  19. I too noticed the spring tension was pox but i have no probs with it leaking. Holds 19psi fine on the 20. I was lucky and had silicon hose from my precious bov so it stretched over easy.
  20. Welcome to the club lawl.
