Flash89 just put hid's in your projector type headlights, no need to piss fart around with different projectors. Ok yeah the light quality wont be that of a accord etc but remember the 32 is old I put some in the 31 after trying higher wattage halagen globes that still gave shit light

Yar. If the 25 turbo does'nt have the elbow you han use the rb20 one, but it will require the 3 bolt hole elongated to make it fit Sounds dodge i know but a mate had it like that for a while and it never leaked.

The oil line will be the same providing you have a R32 RB20det. R31 redtops dont have ballbearing turbos so they dont have restrictors in the line, but the bb turbos need to be restricted.

Are you sure you dont want to post? Im keen on the hks actuator if it's for a RB20/25 motor. Jase

Yeah R32 RB20det actuators have a straight nipple. Id say you have a R33 actuator

Put a pic up of it. Sounds like a early (redtop) one or R33.

I've ran the car with the actuator rod dissconnected from the wastegate and it made a psi and then nothing. To me that sounds like the rod is'nt opening enough causing boost to rise.

I started with a blended 3inch dump. I now have another dump converted to screamer with a 2inch screamer. Still the same.

Would that restrict flow tho? I to suffer from short pipe work causing probs so im keen to try anything really

That was my first guess but after trying 2 RB20 and 1 RB25 actuator i thought otherwise. New hose with hose clamps were used so it did'nt leak. Im going to open up the waste gate a bit more once i take the turbo out for the new motor. Theres more than enough meat in the housing to grind yet still keep the HKS popper flap and keep a seal. It cant do any worse can it.
