Put your R32 actuator on the 25 turbo.It has a stiffer sprring 11psi vs 8psi or so.

Waldo you are a champion!! I just measured the R33 one and not extended it was 20.5cm and extended 22.0cm.Thats 1.5cm that it opens where the HKS is 3cm.Thats a big difference. Are you selling that HKs actuator?

Looks like it has more mid range compared to your other dyno run.What dump and boost controller do you have/and how did you get it not to creep high in the rpm

BHDave yes i've wired it open,well it was flapping freely,and no boost. 1400r i don't have lag issues i don't think,i get 16/17psi at 3500rpm in 3rd.I'll look into those actuators from ATS,thanks. Chris i have a 3inch dump pipe and exhaust with no cat.The flap does'nt fowl on the dump at all.If i take the rod off i can open it so much so it seems the rod needs more travel. I tried a screamer pipe dump and it creeped worse,like heading towards 20psi near red line.I'm in the process of opening up the waste gate hole on the screamer dump for more flow.

Anyone? has anyone got a HKS actuator off their car that can measure how much the rod extends?Pretty please

Ok i have a HKS GT2535 turbo on a RB20det.With the boost controller taken out and a normal peice of hose used between the comp housing and actuator boost will go to 11.5/12 psi and then creep upto 14/15psi.This pisses me off.With the boost controller on it will creep a few psi above what i set it of course. I never used to notice this when i had a cat it but now it's out it creeps without it.I've taken the rod off the waste gate flap and it made no boost so i know that the watsegate rod does'nt have enought travel.So what im asking is does the HKS actuator have more travel then the stock one? I have tried a RB25det actuator and boost went to 7psi and then climbed to 12psi i think.So it must be wastegate related.Help

I love my old school Profec B,the 3 knob one.Piss easy to use and none of that adjusting duty cylce bs,it's quick and easy.I paid $250 for it second hand.

If it's a BB core it will have 10mm bolt next to one of the water outlets.

Yes i saw it do the big burnout and some of us 31 guys dragged that night and we cheered him on,got funny looks from other people to lol.It must be lsd coz it was open wheeling at some points I did a 13.8 on the first pass for those who care.

I pulled mine apart (RB20det pfc) and noticed a burnt track,1 coming from the main big blue plug.I might resolder it then coz my speed reading has never worked on it.

Yes that sounds tru,i have a GT2535 and would like some more pulling power down low.It hits hard at 4000rpm and i love it but yer midrange is where id like more.

Hey chris.I have 200+rwkw on about 16-17psi.It's a safe tune and not a power one.It feels good on the street with 16psi coming on at 3400-3500rpm and hard at 4000rpm.It holds 17psi and even more to redline hehe. My boost curve is weird on the dyno graph and i don't know why but it seems fine on the road. I might get another tune and hopefully see 220rwkw on 20psi.

First see if you can back off the bolt on top to the loose setting.I'd even say cut a coil or 2 and then see how it goes.

Whats the max rpm for a RB20det?The limiter is set to 7600rpm on the pfc standard but 8500rpm seems appealing to me

I have one of those extreme 9puck ceramic clutch and it's fine.I've had it holding 190rwhp for about 2yrs and now it's holding 270rwhp.It's been at 270rwhp for about 6months and has'nt slipped yet! Sometimes it shudders on take offs but that is me not revving it enough.I can slip it if i want but it's not good for it.
