  1. I got a bucket of hot soapy water and dunked it up and down. Then I flicked off what water i could and let it dry in the sun,it's still going strong.
  2. Fark it lets put RB25det actuators on Cerb 5/7psi here we come lol
  3. I have the same problem atm.HKS GT2535 on the RB20. Ok when I installed this turbo with the standard RB20 actuator it would go to 12 psi and sit there all the way to redline.I recently got a tune but this time no cat and now boost will go to 12psi and creep upto ~15psi with no boost controller!!! I have a profec B boost controller and with my high boost settings at 17psi it will creep upto 18-19psi.Low boost it will hit 12psi and creep upto ~15psi. I disconnected the actuator rod and took it for a fang and boost went to 1psi for like a second and then it was all vacume.I have even tried another RB20 actuator and it was the same. So maybe not having the cat is causing this?? I might pop it back in and see what happens.
  4. I have one and it fits fine.I can't tell ya the part number but.
  5. What about checking all cooler piping hose clamps and see if the bov is shuting.Could be a boost leak. Just to compare I have a HKS GT2535 on the good old 20 and get 17psi boost by like 3500rpm in 3rd.Pulls hard at @4000rpm.
  6. By the sounds of it that spools up to quick, are you sure it is a flowed VLT turbo?
  7. Maybe vhead,I don't have a R32 shiitter so can't comment. Yes I have a few parts left like kick panel, glove box etc, just crap really and only good for the fire.
  8. Ok I have a R32 M-Spec cross member and rack i wish gone.I can seperate so ask.Has all the crap eg shox etc but no lower control arms. $100?
  9. It sounds like plugs or coils. It probally wont break down low in the rev range coz theres not enought pressure on the plugs/coils to work, more pressure = hard time on them. Do plugs anyway if you have'nt before, wont hurt.
  10. I'm in the same boat as you MADGT4,I will be staying loyal to the RB20 and treat it to forgies and cams.No specs and stuff yet as I have'nt pulled the motor down yet.
  11. lol you are mad!
  12. Intersted in the dump pipe, got pics.
  13. Not that I know of and I'm sure 16x9 is the biggest you can get.
  14. Yer thats what I paided.I will be pulling down my spare RB20 soon to see what it will cop.
  15. So the GT2535 does'nt perform better at +21psi.
  16. Orsam result.Did you have to do any shimming?
  17. I have picked up another RB20 so now it's time to pull it apart and fill it full of fruit.
  18. Good stuff.Mine is over boosting also but with the standard RB20det actuator,16psi with no boost controller.I'm hoping the hks actuator will stop this like yours.
  19. Good to see it now has 2 pipes feeding the waste gate, something that flawed the original was'nt it?Still would'nt touch it!
  20. Good idea and I'll add info on a RB20 build up once I get it. Turbine what have you done to the 20yet?
  21. I can't see a pic but I think I know what one it is,stay away from them
  22. lol ryan we both have boost probs.Yours does'nt go high enough and mine wont go low enough
  23. I have a GT2535 and it hits hard at ~4000rpm,[email protected]'s like lag lag lag bang, thou it's starts to pick up ~2500rpm.
  24. I did that today and it made 1psi for a few secs then nothing.I also tried different hose and it still went to 16psi.Also I tried another RB20 actuator and it went to 16psi.****ing ghey
  25. They are farking ghey! and thats 1 of the cracks the other is in the collecter! I got both flanges faced before it went on and now it's off after a year the one that bolts to the head is warped to the shitter.Good paper weight if you ask me rofl
