Hahahaha i broke mine yesterday.It starts fine but knocks abit in the bottom end and after giving it alittle rev it knocks big time.It sounds like a rex when it runs rough so whats with that?
My RB20 is dead.Second gear burnout at 7000rpm broke something in the bottom end.It sounds like a rex and knocks very bad.I'm not sure if I should just get another 20 to put in,rebuild my blown one with forgies etc,standard RB26 or RB30DET?
Cound'nt of said it better myself Glenn.The tune before was to hardcore I think as it had way to much knock!

I'm thinking maybe going the stock exhaust manifold? as a crack looks to me starting in the china one.
I got the car back today and it did 271rwhp@16psi .It was'nt tuned in kill mode but it's safe.I used to get like 90 knock all the time with the old tune but now the most is 35 and thats raping it.300 would be good to have so I'll see what happens.

I'd rather squeeze the pedal a little and for it to take off but it aint going to happen.So the RB25 is that much of a different animal?
I have the same clutch as you kym and the piviot bolt thing that the fork swings on sheared.How commom is that?
My squeek was coming from the fork/pivoit bolt coz all the grease had melted/worn out.
