I've done - R32 Silver top RB20DET - HKS GT2535 turbo - Stainless steel exhaust manifold - R33 GTR injectors - Nismo adjustable fuel regulator - Bosch 040 fuel pump - Z32 AFM - Apex'I Duel Funnal pod - Apex'I Power FC and hand controller - R32 GTR intercooler and 2.5inch stainless piping - GReddy Profec B boost controller.On 12psi for now - GReddy Type S BOV - Catch can - Works Auto 3inch dump pipe,3inch mild steel mandral bent zorst with Bazooka muffler and all it needs is a tune for more boost.Hoping for 300+rwhp

Hahahahahaha I feel the same and also about how there is tons of crap you R32 and R33 owners can get to just bolt on while us R31 owners need to mod shit and have no body kits and wheels that bolt on

Here are my settings even thou it's a RB20det f/c - 1270 f/c - 910 idle - 870 idle - 800 maybe try that and report back.

Fiddle with the setting in the rev/idle screen.Write down what it has standard so you can always go back if need be.

I get 12psi at about 3500rpm in any gear sort of.Just after 4000rpm it pulls harder.Since being alittle laggy compared to the very small standard turbo it does'nt feel that fast but then it's not in the meat of it's efficiency on 12psi,more boost will follow soon

All RB25det turbos I've seen have had restrictors in the oil feed line so it has to be ball bearing?or am I missing something?

If it's not the hc,maybe it's a power wire to the ecu? wired up wrong?

I might give it ago because the front of the plenum gets so hot from all that coolent running thru it.

Yes they are BB and will have a bit of shaft play.I don't have specs on how much play is acceptable thou.Once the core has got oil thru it some play goes away. If it is a RB25 turbs the guy knows nothing about them.

Yer thats right.I said to VLRB20DET in a PM that I reckon drill and tap a thread in the comp housing,there's even a flat bit where it looks like is was made for it.

I have done this convo so it's not stuff I have heard. - It does bolt straight up - Get the RB25 elbow,or drill out the holes in the Rb20 one.Just beware the RB25 one is larger inside - Use RB20det actuator coz it makes more boost - One mod to do is tee into a hose from the plenum coz the RB25 compressor housing does'nt have a hole for it unlike the RB20 turbs. Any more Q's just ask.

Thanks for the reply phantom.It is weird because it was perfect with the standard ecu and as soon as the pfc went in it turned to shit.I have cleaned the AAC valve but still no go.

The factory boost gauge is'nt in psi and when it's on 7 thats roughly 14psi.Soory I'm not much help.

I've searched but no answers.Q's for R32 RB20DET into R31 with PFC Q1- How do I lower the revs when it's in cold start mode?because it revs at 1500rpm for way to long. Q2- I have no speed reading on the hand controller but the speedo in my dash works wtf is up there? Q3- Ever since I have installed the PFC sometimes when I back off the revs don't drop straight away and looking at the hand controller the injector duty cycle and AFM mV go up abit at this point and then drop.It's like a spike and is pissing me off.I can get a vid of this if know one understands.

Thats normal for the bleed valve to have air rushing out coz it's bleeding air off

I've got a PFC in the R31 running the RB20DET with GTR injectors and Z32. AFM.Cold starts give me the shit because it idles at 1500rpm even when the water temp is 76 :bs!: and then very slowly goes to normal idle.Sometimes hot starts(3 or 4 times)it wont start even after 6 or 7 cranks.I guess the cranking value when it's over 80degres needs to be down scaled? At night I've noticed it hunts.Theres more but cbf It is a good ecu thou and as said before tells you shit loads on the hand controller :headspin: P.S does anyone know what menu does the cold start up?is it that temp correction menu?

I have Grid II's in 255/40/17 on mine.They look old thou.

Apex'i PFC Z32 AFM GTR injectors FMIC Full exhaust Pod HKS GT2535 Stainless manifold 11 psi It does'nt have the power because of low boost. - Red lines are on 11psi with no boost controller conected. - Green lines are with the shitty Turbo Smart boost controller connected and set at 16psi.As you can see boost is all over the place. I hope to have 300rwhp once boost is turned up.
