Good to hear Chris,Roys a top bloke and he helped me out heaps Where the power wire branches out it's right under the throttle body. I will also put up my maps maybe even tonight or on the weekend. One thing I learnt yesterday is check your plenum bolts coz I had one missing and god knows for how long.I put another bolt in and now it spools up so quick like 500rpm quick.I would get 11psi at 4000rpm in second before and now get 11psi at 3500rpm,so much better to drive.

I know the noise you mean and I have only ever heard it come from a subby wagon fitted with a EJ20 (what ever it is) from a rex and it had a spring on the waste gate to hold more boost.

Ok Roy I just went and looked at my setting's and came up with Adj - '0' Map - '15' Fin - '15' and the timing at idle jumps between '16','17','18' and '19' I hope this works for you dude if not and you want to know more settings no probs. p.s I've never ever checked the timing with a timing light

Roy you have GTR injectors in the rB20 don't ya? go to injector menue and change the 100% to 60%.That might be why it's poping coz mine sure did.

Probally a long shot but that DIY boost controller you had before did you have to put a restrictor in the actuator line?

I think there was a thread about it.Something to do with the fuel pump and switching it and rpm or something.

Dam thats a good result bigcarl :uh-huh: T0nyGTSt I don't know if it was the bigger turbo or better cooler pipes and cooler(I did it all at once) but I noticed it revved quicker and has a meaty sound :uh-huh: but that could be the bigger exhaust housing? I had to get both of my manifold faces faced coz it was a little out also. It also mounted the turbo in the stock position sort of :freak: just the exhaust mounts had to be bent about 10mm towards the front coz it did'nt line up.

BBENNY I love seeing pics of your car!!!

What I did was get a spray bottle and fill it with hot water and dish washing liquid.Get a scraper .All you do is start scraping from the top and once you start a bit spray it and just keep working it.The hot water gets all that sticky shit off. The one window I did'nt do was the rear one coz it has the demisters on the inside.Yours might be different.

Above posts sound good but one thing I don't like is the dent in the sump bit coz mine has one I should pull my finger out and get it fixed.

As Goon said some states allow them like W.A,I have a permit for mine and it has to be mounted soild.
