its because the rim you took a photo of is like a 13". the spokes are so short that they look different. if it was a 17" or 18" it'd look different. I've got them on my car..... And they don't look like TE37's at all

they look like the AVS T6 rims...same as i've got on my car, but they look shocking when they're that small.

when standing facing the car, turn it a 1/4 turn clockwise I think...dont quote me coz I can never remember until i'm actually doing it, but it will only go 1 way, just dont try to force it in case you're turning it the wrong way, if it doesn't move, then go the other way
