  1. Hey dude. I have a pic of the fuse. Did you want to pm me your email and i'll send them? I took high-res ones so you can compare them to the stock fuses.
  2. Hey man. I got my FC around the same time. Yep, pretty sure it's Power FC only. The guy who tuned my car (Hitman) said it's a common issue with Power FC and 32. At the moment here's what i have (with no misfire): - Power FC with original Power FC casing (plugged into stock loom and just sitting on the ground on the passenger side) - Upgraded fuse under bonnet (ECCS i think it is but will take a pic on the weekend and post it up) - Earth kit under bonnet, connected to the heatsink thing ontop of the engine cover (earth kit is not connected to battery but is just connected to the body. Will take a pic of this on the weekend too)
  3. Yep, there was one fuse on the drivers side, under the steering wheel with the cluster of fuses there. That one seemed identical to the one i bought but the one under the bonnet where the 4wd fuse is was totally different. Much bigger and more heavy duty looking. I'll try take a pic this weekend.
  4. Damn Btw, what version of the Power FC do you have?
  5. Ah ok. I thought this misfire was only specific to the R32 GTR equipment, as per: http://paulr33.com/powerfc-faq/powerfc-faq.htm#63 What's your misfire like?
  6. About the same. A massive loss of power for a split second then bang, it all comes back. Btw, one other thing i forgot to mention. I put the standard powerfc case back on. Previously i had the R32 GTR Stock ECU casing over the powerfc. What casing are you using? Also, what does the new fuse look like?
  7. Still no misfire guys. how's everyone else's going?
  8. What type of car, loom, coils, etc... do you have?
  9. Hey man, it was the brown pacific 25a fuse that's in the same cluster as the 4wd fuse, etc...
  10. Ok guys, still no misfire after driving today. Will test over the next few weeks. "what made u lean toward that ?? " Process of elimination. Not conclusive yet though.
  11. Update. So i drove the car yesterday and the misfire is gone. Will have to drive it a bit longer to confirm it but so far so good. If it's permanently gone then it means it was the ignition fuse, near where the 4wd fuse is under the bonnet. The new fuse i picked up from SSS Auto looks like a newer type, it sticks out a bit more and the fuse link looks much fresher than the previous one. Perhaps this could have been it? What kind of fuses do you guys have in yours and what model GTR's do you have?
  12. Alright guys. I grounded pin 60 directly using a very clean ground and it failed. It made the idle really lumpy and rough so now i'm back to how it was before. Anyone have any other ideas? The capacitor sounds interesting. How would we implement it?
  13. I'm running OEM coil packs. Yeah i'm thinking it's a voltage thing. Hoping that grounding pin60 completely will fix it. Maybe it links up to a weak ground in the loom. Will try this weekend and post back.
  14. I also tried the earthing kit. It made everything else a bit more stable but the misfire still happens.
