yea well he gets what he deserves. thats no physical way to prove that i did it. I'm gonna ring my solicitor tomorrow to see what I can do. I'll definitely win so he is gonna end up paying $400+ in court costs haha

henzie is some guy called henry luu. he owns a white r33 series 2 skyline and i bought suspension off him in last december. we had an argument cos i neva got it. turns out it was at the warehouse. i said give me ma money back and he never has. its been like 2 months. this bloke will cop it thick and hard. ill go up there myself and trash his car if he continues playing games or ill go to my solicitor and take him 2 court. i aint joking.

hey everybody, I am making these claims against henry because of the r33 suspension that everyone should have all heard about last december. More than a month ago, henry found the suspension sitting at the postal warehouse. The solution was for henry to pay back my money. He needed some time and last week he said that he was paying the money over net bank. Firstly, it didn't come through so after several attempts to ring him, he finally answered stating that he finally did it. I have waited about a week nearly and it still hasn't come through, so obviously this bloke is a liar and thinks he can get away with it. Can some one talk to him and see if a mediated solution to the ridiculous problem can be achieved before it is too late. Thanks in advance

yea, i rang up the local post office, nothing there, they need a tracking number or wateva to find out where it could be. did u receive any kind of number after posting it henzie? maybe on the receipt or something? was it registered or normal post?

yea well it kinda is a load of crap wen u try to contact him and pm but he doesn't reply, like i even doubted whether u could send suspension through a post office cos it weighs more than 20kg (their limit). CAN SUM1 TALK TO HIM THOUGH AND FIND OUT WAT IS GOING ON??

The deal was no pick up with some stock r33 suspension. I contacted him and it was found out that he could arrange postage for free through aussie post. I paid Henry $100 a few weeks ago. Since waiting for the suspension, i have tried to contact him but he just hangs up as soon as he finds out it is me on the line. He reckons that the suspension was sent and thinks that I am lying to get my money back so I get the suspension as well. I would like to say that I will shoot myself if I honestly had the bloody suspension at my house. I then asked him the name and contact number of the post office but he has not replied. I AM ASKING ANYONE THAT HAS DEALT WITH HENZIE TO GIVE ME HIS ADDRESS SO I CAN PERSONALLY SEND A FEW RELATIVES TO SORT OUT THIS CRAP. I have asked him on numerous occassions to deposit the money back into my account but he never has. People might say it is only $100, but i need to buy a run around before school starts as well as to get to my job. If anyone can help or provide his whereabouts it would greatly be appreciated as I am sick of this crap!!!!!! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I BELIEVE THERE WAS NO PRODUCT SENT!!!

it depends how deep the damage is, if its more than 13cm or 23cm (cannot remember) then it will require attention.
