im the designer. its only goin to be 35 levels high and 1 office per level. the lift will be your front door, therefore a swip pass is required for each level. anything requiring you to need a toliet or kitchen, you can use the public facilities in the queen st mall.

need someone to come up with a few million $$s and build a building right next to mine to block out the sun. when air cond. goes down in this building, it gets pretty hot i noticed. so, blockin the afternoon sun out will resolve the issue of heat in here when there is no air cond.

hehe, thanks dude. goin to take a while to go through the process of doin this but as they say - things come to those who wait. just got to take all this step by step and get my fines out of the way which will then allow me to move onto the next step of showing the next judge that the fines i received from this cop shows that cops like this one are clearly handing out fines for no proper/real reason and that either a) the law should be taken away from the police in handing out defect notices or b) lower the power of this law to police in handing out defect fines to cars that are defected in terms of bald tyres, lights not working, etc etc. stripping this power will become a victory point for us "hoons" against the fight we have with the police.

either they stop your internet (doubtful) or they cap you to a really slow connection like at dialup speed (so they say it is but really, its half the speed of dialup). OR. they charge you for extra bandwidth you use and still stay at the same speed you usually get.
