How many are you going to produce dude? If your after some help with some $$'s up front, let me know. I just completed the success of all the whirlpool.net.au lanyards. Made just over $2,000 which more then half of that went towards whirlpool.net.au as a donation, rest going towards the next merchant product that im about to start work on.

These guys are actually very easy to talk too. Stood around in the dyno room for the majority of the time talking and was a great conversation. Talked about the future of additional mods to be carried out on the car along with some recommendations on both sides (mine and theirs) to which they actually listened to what I had to say and not strongily push their recommendations onto what I should actually do. Their form of advertising that they want to do is purely through word of mouth. They dont have any interest (from what I understand in yesterdays conversation) in advertising their business. If any business (such as this one) can actually get work in only purely by word of mouth, then they must actually be doing something alot more better then any other workshop. Any business can tell you (even I can within the web hosting industry) that its hard to get any form of a client in by word of mouth and when you do get a client in by word of mouth, damm it makes you feel that you are accomplishing something for what you are working for/towards.

Well, as Autosalon is on here in Brisbane this weekend, I thought it would be a good time for the majority of us skyline cruisers to possibly get together and organise a cruise for tomorrow (Saturday) night as Autosalon closes down at 9pm to get ready for another day on Sunday. So, who here would be interested in a cruise? Cruise would either start at around 9.30pm for those who have entered into the autosalon and can get their car out saturday night. Or Start the cruise at around 8pm for those skylines that can either leave early or did not enter in such as myself. Those who are interested, please show your interest in responding. If not much of a response is given, then we might just give it a miss. But as the last skyline meet on the thursday night was a good outcome in my opinion, thought as we have a car event on this wknd, would be good to th skylines in a group. Possibly even organise a few night time photo's as well, which could come in handy for the calander thats in progress as we speak.

I didnt go into the workshop area on the tuesday. There's a awesome blue porche in there though that I saw yesterday.
-
I ended up stayin at the workshop for about 20-30mins talking to the guys. The guys are pretty upfront about everything and I'm actually feeling alot more safier dealing with these guys then I actually did with hardore. Feeling safier to deal with a company is alot better then walking in with your eyes closed and not knowing what's ahead of you. One thing people dont think of in my opinion is that your handing your car over to a mech who is about to modify/change/alter the way your car runs/works which in turn once you drive out, your life could be at any risk of danger. With these guys, I've got alot more trust in them then probably any other workshop I've been to. I'm more then happy to recommend these people to anyone in my opinion. Though they are a bit out of brisbane, they are worth the distance to drive to, thats for sure!

I thought its being sold to anyone now who wants one cause SAUQLD couldnt get enough interest in it just from the members. Hence why MUD brought it out to the public's interest of non-SAUQLD members as well.
-
Mud's stated there would be no chicks/promo girls in the calander which is understandable. From a marketing point of view, it may come in handy but in the end, the calander would then be brought for the pure purpose of the guys wanting to see the chicks in the calander and not the actual skylines themselves. In the end, the calander comes down to the skylines being pictured throughout the calander and that is our main sole of this forum - the skyline. We envy them with our lives and I think I would speak for most of us skyline owners.... anyone who dare bags or disowns a skyline in hatred, they'll probably end up regretting what they say to another skyline owner.
-
I'll be there tomorrow for spectating purposes. I have no use in entering in a stock looking r33. It would be the envy of everyone's laugh if that was to happen i'd say!
-
I'll park right next to yours bunta so everyone can sit and think which of us owns which one as we both have burgandy colour ones

Stock turbo is buggered. It's sqealing at 4,500RPM & higher and 2 mech's have told me that the inpropella fan is rubbing up against the housing. The intercooler is hopefully goin to be done next wknd. Just hoping I can get it from the guy here in brisbane before next wknd as he's out stock of the intercoolers right now. Front strut brace/bar arrived yesterday. So that's now sitting at home. At the same time with the turbo and all being done with Milanco.... they are also installing a new Apexi AVC-R boost controller for me. The exhaust system has already been modified. To what extent though I'm not sure but will look further into it shortly. I know from the cat back that the exhaust has been modified and have also been told that the dump pipe is also modified too.

Maximum I should be able to get out of this turbo without upgrading the computer, clutch, etc etc is between 14-16PSI. If I want anymore, it's then in the need to upgrade the computer which I will have plans for later on down the track. Just going to have to get use to this new amount of power that I'm goin to get from it.
-
LOL! Thought no chicks were allowed
-
Sorry all... I heard wrong. It's 182.7HP with the stock turbo.
-
With the stock turbo with the way it was (inpropella fan rubbing up against the housing) dyno'd at 182rwKW's. Getting the dyno sheet tonight when I go to pick it up.

They are still hosting with boostcruising. That might be some of the problem there considering boostcruising is a pretty heavy site which then pulls down the server at times which means skylinesaustralia is also effected at the same time. -

Just posted this and when I went to submit and it redirected me to this page. Only half the page loaded. -
There are some major problems with the forums over the past day or 2 I've noticed.... Yesterday it was completely slow and at times, was either not responding or was timing out. This morning it's responding quickly but the pages keep on constantly refreshing itself like it did last night. Last night when I made some post, it was double posting. Think Mcleod from boostcruising needs to give a few things a bit of a reboot or a kick in the back to get things going again.
-
Yeah.... it's only going to take 4-5days to get done. They'll also change it from a bush bearing turbo to a ball bearing turbo as well they said.
-
hey dude, if you like to give Milanco a call tomorrow, your more then welcome to. Just fully pissed right off to the end with this car and it's not milanco's fault in any way. Let me know how you go with them and if all goes good. Thanks heaps for your help. I just much rather have a new turbo then have the current one rebuilt and high flowed.
