  3. Yeah, mine does that as well.. RB20DET S13, non-stock BOV I'll try tightening the BOV up, and also my battery is a POS!! When I turn my 2 x thermo fans on, revs drop by about 200!!
  4. Bah, someone help.. I even took a picture for you's
  5. Hey guys, I have a simple mechanical type boost controller in my engine bay, though it doesnt seem to do anything at all.. If I screw it in/out boost still peaks at 0.8 bar, and rolls back to maybe 0.75 I've tryed screwing it all the way in, and all the way out and it makes no difference at all... Currently running under 12psi (11.5 or so), want to run a solid 14psi if possible.. Can anyone help? BTW this is an RB20 w/ stock turbo.. FMIC, Microtech LTX-8 - Dynoed and tuned to run at 1 bar (14.7psi) so the fuel is there Pls help
  6. Nice 196 or something?? What other mods?? Basically I'm hoping for 200rwkw
  7. On the topic, my RB20DET pulled 167rwkw, with stock RB20 turbo.. ~13psi Looking to upgrade to RB25 turbo what could i expect??? (Microtech LTX-8, big FMIC stock injectors etc..
  8. Nice addition to the kitchen benchtop
  9. ^^ Dont stress mate, it doesnt sound like rings or anything, so think of it as an excuse for a bigger turbo
  10. 14psi certainly wouldnt be a risk, as it was tuned at 14psi, and safely as well.. so i'm asking if 1 or 1.1 bar would be silly i'm sure 3-4 psi would make a noticable difference, and if the fuel is there, i might as well use it
  11. Hey, basically my car was (safe) tuned and dynoed on 14psi with the stock rb20det turbo... mods are as follows : 600x300x76 PWR FMIC, microtech ltx-8, custom plenium, bov etc.. Car is currently running at 12psi just to be REALLY safe but I can smell the fuel!! too rich!! Now, would it be safe to run at 15/16psi, Say if I ran 1.1 bar, would that lean out?? I know it's kind of hard to tell, but would an extra 1 pound or so be detrimental?? I dont really give a crap if my exhaust wheel goes by by, excuse for a new turbo.. I'd much rather that happen than my engine leaning out and going bang It's definately running rich though
  12. Dude I wouldnt be too worried
  13. im running 12psi on a microtech ltx8, running a little rich just to be sure.. think i will try running 14psi as it was dynoed and tuned for 14, but put back to 12 so a little more power will be there
  14. Thought i'd chuck my S13 in.. 167rwkw big pwr cooler ltx8 custom plenium stock rb20 turbo stock injectors bov not much else really..
