    nah wat i was told by the rta a few yrs ago was if they were displayed while a full licenced was behind the wheel they had to abide by the speedlimit set my the p plate laws. L plates were excepted from the rules. achomohol limits were as per full licence

    well going through some records of Le Mans i found there was 2 entries for the r33 in 95 an 96. thought there was only 1 LM made but anyway, noticed something weird in 1995 they were running the std rb26 engines in 1996 aparently they were running a 2.8L v8?? http://www.formula2.net/1995.htm http://www.formula2.net/1996.htm this correct or r they just running rbxx's?
