oh n i was just readin this on that epa site: EPA must have the information reported by the police, as the vehicle must be heard by a trained ear and a decision must be made whether the vehicle is excessively noisy. i thought they used machines to decide how loud things are? they goin old skool now or somethin?

i know of someone who has been done twice, just b4 they changed the rules in nsw to 2 times. oh n they can also sell a vehicle if its caught being used without registration in nsw. they did this to a 500cc dirt bike here bout 2 yrs ago. dunno how tough they are in vic on this law. but in nsw it is legal......

i wouldnt take it to any mechanic id take it to one who specialises in nissans and preferably imports could save u some money in stuffing around with someone who doesnt know

funky i never had to do that in nsw, all i had to show was a piece of paper showing it was imported as a full car. nothin bout engineers or being recompliance
