yeah the old rb25det just wouldnt die got my mate to lean it out... took it out the road n took 3 runs for it to go the smoke looked pretty tho the heads of 2 spark plugs being destroyed on cyl 3 and 4 was a pretty site too
but anyways back on thread....
i much prefer my 165kb/s
my opinion comes from people who have owned them and driven them and actually worked on them
one of them used to work for prancing horse racing
but of course that is only what they tell me
so long as u run good fuel, not crappy 98 octane stuff u can thrash the ****er all day
a nice F50 would do me everyday for a thrash machine, save the skyline for weekends when u wanna take it easy
i still think somewhere like LH or maybe here in albury (since we have the weir here, there are some good photo opportunities )
LH is prob more centralised between syd n melb tho?
actually, std r33 intercooler is fine for a proven 185rwkws
i was running std cooler, turbo, cat back exhaust, safc and boost controller set to 11psi and it was running 175rwkws fine everyday
as a reference from the jun site which lists nismo 600cc injectors that fit their fuel rail
http://www.junauto.co.jp/products/engine-a...livery-pipe/?en
also http://edgetuning.co.uk/product.html?id=ni...egory=injectors
get a compression test done first, then if thats ok go over everything on the outside.. gaskets etc.
is the engine making any weird noises while revving (just making sure theres no bearings gone inside)
plain bearing repair - 300-400
ball bearing - 1000
ive had both and i cant honestly find a difference when driving with one
there are plenty of turbos to choose from, it all depends on if u want response or lag
