Well I definitly don't have the switch in the picture within this quoted thread. So does that mean that tjere ;s probably no lights within those lenses? I'll check it out tonight.

Hey Guys, I promise I'm not speechin again. When I first signed up on this forum about 2 months ago I saw pics of this dude who got his dash/sourrounds layered in Carbon-Fibre. The post also said to PM him if you like the look of it and he'll put me in touch with a guys that does this sort of stuff. I've been looking for weeks for this post but cannot find it. Does anyone know who could fullfill my Carbon-Fibre fantasy?

My car defintly has the Wiper interval adjustor thing on the left hand wand but it doesn't have squat on the right hand side. I can only move it up and down (indicators) and push and pull (High beams) The only twisty thing that is there, turns the headlights on.

Whats going on with this? I've been watching the Group Buy thread but can't see squat. Blitz??

I got a stock standard series 1 and I'm pretty sure I have foggies (next to the front blinkers) but I can't figure out how to turn them on!! (Not that I would want to unless it foggy). It's doin my head in (common occurance). Can anyone help?

Was that you in the 350Z ? If so, that was me in the R33 (sitting on the table). I totally got it wrong that day. I turned up there at 11.30 (actual daylight savings time) and nobody was there. So I jumped on the phone to 123 directory assistance and got them to check out this web-page to see if there were any changes and they told me ot had been changed to 1.00. So I wen't home and came back an nobody was there. I later realised that it had been changed from 1.00 to 11:30. I rang up 123 again and thanked the chic for wasting 3 hours of my time...skanky Ho See you next time guys

Hey Guys, I've been working since I was 16YO (24 now). All I've known is office work. the skills required for this are a combination of sales/service/project management and helpdesk. I do pretty well but I'm getting bored out of my mind and it shit's me to tears sometimes!!! Ive been thinking of a career change for sometime and was wondering what would need to be done to become a automotive mechanic. I would like to give that a shot and maybe eventually open my own shop. So I'm assuming you start off as an apprentice so I have a few questions. How long does the apprenticeship take? Do I jut do it at TAFE ? What courses do you do/ Is there one super course you can do or do you just do specific courses for the work you wanna do? Are mecahnic apprentices a dime a dozen ? (like chics and hairdressers?) Any help or advise I could get would be really helpfull. Preferbally from mechanics or apprentices. Cheers, Sam

Sat : Spotted a white 4 door R34 with no spoiler at Liverpool Westfield. Howdy. Sun : Spotted a Gld R32 with a black bonnet on concord road, rhodes.

Well I did what I set out to do and changed back to the stocker BOV. I had a little hiccup with the actuator hose (when I pulled my stock pipe out of the garage there was a hose attached to it...I have no idea how it got there). I can tell you that all my issues are fixed now. The car explodes at the 4500 RPM like it used to....It's good to back back to the land of relative quickness. I've read all the replies and I can take in the fact that the main issue was probably the adjustment of the BOV but to be honest, the sound gets really annoying. My car is also a daily driver and I don't wanna attract any more attention than I already have from the boys in blue. See you guys around

How would this be different from the stocker? If any.

or maybe I can swap it for some under-car neons? or may be 4 bottles of octane booster? By my calculations if I add all four bottles I can get an extra 20KW. Shaweet!!!

Hey Guys, I only bought my first Skyline two weeks ago and I quickly got myself a Blitz SS BOV and even went to extreme of recruiting a helping hand on this forum to let him install it whilst I supervised and made stupid sounds like aaahhh, oohhhh, so thats how you do it. Like all juvenile turbo owners I loved the sound of a ATMO BOV but after driving the car for a week I have decided that ATMO BOV's ARE GAY This thing has totally turned me off BOV's (ATMO) This freaking Blitz is so freakin loud (even at standard low boost) and at the moment I'm embarrassed to drive the car. Here are my reason why they're silly. A sneeze that can be heard for KM's in peak hour traffic is gay. I'm surprised the boys in blue haven't pulled me up yet Fuel economy. Where the f**k is my fuel going? I can only get about 380-400 KM's to the tank now Less punch off the line Car just feels unstable all the time!! Acceleration path has turned to shit, Idle is now so crap I think I've got a 13B freakin rotor in my mean wannabe godzilla machine. Guys if your reading this and saving up for a BOV for your stockish Skyline. then don't. they are gay. This is not me following trends of other Skyline enthusiast...this is me speaking from actual experience. I still love the sound of the BOV but it doesn't even come near the downsides to them. I do understand that atmo BOV's are useful in high powered applications but definitely not someone like me who thinks that 0-100 in 6.5 secs in enough for now. oh BTW...I've got a Blitz SS BOV for sale. Comes with pipe to fit straight into a R33 S1 GTS-T. PM me with offers.

Well my fuel gauge doesn't work so I can't be sure. (Gotta fix that). I fill up every 200KM anyway coz I believe cars in general run more efficiently on a full tank. By my rough calculations...since the BOV intall by I can only get about 400KM rather than 450KM to a tank. It is a 65L tank isn't it?

I have an R33 S1 and it's also affecting me. It only used to happen a poofteenth before I got my atmo BOV and now it does it pretty hardcore. Unless I leave it for 4 hours between drives. If I warm up the car for 5 mins in the morning I'm fine. It's when I stop and start the car (like doing grocery shopping or something) that it happens most has anyone used the the eletronic idle stabiliser? Clicky Does it work? Someone mentioned that another result of shutter is also loss fuel economy... Will this also fix that ? I
