nice 60" sam..... My car is having boost problems.... (only operating at factory levels and some huge knock --> ive seen 130 a couple of times)... Hoping to get it sorted b4 friday..... hope to see you guys at the next lot of drags...

Was pulled over and bothered on the weekend by 2 cop bikes for driving -->doing nothing wrong--> taking 20 seconds to speeed up to 60 clicks...... They were looking for an excuse to give me a defect, they mumbled something about the spoiler being illegal! (luckily was plite and not doing anything wrong!) DOnt need this shittttttt peoples..... I have a feeling a lot of us are being "picked upon" just because of a few bad eggs doing stupid stuff in the city!... Your giving us a bad name.... and resulting in every passing paylicement/revenue creator to scope and suss my ride.

I will try and raise some cash for Lala if anyone else is keen (not this weekend however -- maybe the one after) .... Just have to get a fire extinguisher! -- wouldnt mind getting some coilovers too -- > just guess that will have to wait! -- ps.... bwinkyson wouldnt mind seeing what you can do in the wagon or on the bike you should come out to one of these days! see if you can put your money where your mouth is!

Geez bit of heat going around this topic --> interesting all the same? ANyone know why in low boost (stock levels) i am getting boost spikes? Only got PFC tuned about two weeks ago --> was good to begin with until the other day and to my knowledge havnt adjusted any map settings.! --> it seems to be playing up whenever my ALSD light flashes up (which is about once every couple of days). Loved the launch on sat 9krpm... Only just hung in there on the transition to second gear!!!!. Pitty hereing about the tune to your car..... Mine seems to be alittle out at low bost too for some reason (noticed it yesterday -- some boost spikes on low boost). Defenitiely going to enter hillclimb event next year!!!!. You gota be pretty careful on a dirt bike too! One of my mates when i was ten was decapetated on one..... Hence when i was a kid and living on vineyards i was never allowed to get one (Untill I just went out and bought an 84 Kawasaki KLR 600 6 months ago). Locked up the front brakes on gravel/dirt a few times but lucky not that bad. The thing maxes out at 140Km but pulls reasonably hard for an old bike. Its unfortunate that a lot of bike riders are made tempearary australians by lousy dirvers out there that are not FULLY aware of what is going on around them! Anyway back to the skyloin stuff. If i had the money i would have sickest bike(s) that i can get custom built and the sickest cars that can be built (most probably insanely light kit cars with no expense spared in the build!) --> WHo knows maybe one day if i can be bothered working hard enough! What was this thread about again? we have all gone a little off topic!!!! But its all interoasting enough!!! ---- my 2 cents worth

Anyone experienced at greenhill road runs? Keen on rac.... i mean cruiseing...either up or down it? Only thing i am lacking is some coilovers. I generally take this road most days.. some of the bumps can be a bitch while cornering and braking. PM me

Should introduce a vehicle wieght tax!!! --> most 4wds and SUVs (well at least the tanks that you can not see over) would all be well over two tonnes. Or fine all owners of clean 4wds (if its clean its not being used for what is designed to do) --> Hopefully Stop yuppie wanks (99% of all 4wd owners) from driving them in the city just because they feel that they need to do the damage instead of recieve the damage if they are in an accident.

I have found laughing at people when they are pissed off (suffering from road rage) Improves matters..... Sometimes you see them sort of explode in anger!!!!! I wonder if it makes them think about there driving!

I see the same thing here in SA only worse!!!!!!!!!! ... Have a one hour drive to work every morning... On freeway... gutless cars are banked up in the right lane doing 70 in a 110, kilometres zone trying to overtake a truck (freeway has two lanes) doing 60 in a 110 up a hill... Solution: Dont follow the road rules ie overtake in emergency stopping lanes and emergency overtaking lanes! Flashing your lights like in Europe does not seem to work here (just makes people angry, drive slower and not want to pull over). Thinking about carrying a slug gun so that i can shoot out peoples tyres in front of me when they bank up in the right hand lane because they can see a truck that they NEED to overtake 1km in the distance.--> Would be a safer solution than just letting accidents happen! It is hard when you cant beat them not to join them i must admit!!!!!!!!! At times i must admit i engage in similar activities!

I would love to attend although i dont beleive my car will be fixed in time(bloody insurance have taken 4 weeks so far). Looking forward to attending my first ever skyline cruise! Hope there is another one soon!
