YOu dont need a bed... Put the money into something more useful!!!!!! I didnt have a bed for ages after i moved out from my parents.... Even on an electrical engineering salary i didnt buy one until a past gf bugged me about it (just slept on a mattress onthe floor..... hurts a lot less when you sleepwalk and rollover!!). Im down for doing something..... Paintball is fun (makesure you bring allen keys so that you can turn up the pressure .... bit of a trick i learnt hehehehehhe) Pool would be cool..... just make sure it is not a sausage fest!!!!!! what about a SAU sail cruise or fishing..... we could charter a boat and run amok (with babes in bikinis --> maybe thats just wishful thinking -- might be a bit chilly but im sure the sight of those babes in bikinis would make up for it in the cold weather!!!!)

ANy one out there know if 180 seat rails are a direct fit with r33 seat rails??? I have found some cool bucket seats that are coming out of a 180 and before i waste a couple of hours fitting them in my r33 ii would like to find out whether they just bolt straight into the existing holes... Cubes....... anyone........

Man 430rwkw is a lot for a stock rb30.... i could just imagine the torque figure that thing would have been putting out.. i could imagine lots of fun Ive sorta got a water methanol kit sussed for about 230 odd which i think is a good buy, i am hoping they are not hard to install.... I tell you what, i could not crack the outside bolts for my front suspension (even after half a can of wd40) looks as though i will have to get the pros to put the bilstiens in --> waste of about 230 odd dollars!!! I ended up rounding off the bolts as i did not have the right socket sets, (i only had the multi point sockets instead of the hex head sockets). I also had a bit of trouble with the rear bolts as the socket set would not reach the nut due to the size of the bolts! One thing i found out when assessing under my hood lately when trying to change my suspension was that i had broken one of the strut braces near the inside left bolt (must have broken due to some extreme body flex) has anyone ever had this happen before??? By the way i am 25 and i did feel rather old on the fri night cruise, but it was still fun all the same. Generally the midnight cruise runs are an older crowd. I generally feel young on those.

Cheers for the tip off on the smiley faces ...(i would hate to see my dogy rating go up to 50% LOL). I am looking at the one that Hoshima has for sale over in perth (i think it is an 800hp one --> yeah baby!!!!!)... the only thing is if i get a bigger turbs then i have to get new injectors and then an airflow meter, and then prob some splitfires and a new front pipe (as i have a split dump/front that batmbl was selling off the forums some time ago) and then a new dyno tune...... all this as you could imagine is going to cost lots of $$$$$$ and i dont really want to take out another loan... im going to bed, (for the second time) I will catch up on this thread tomorrow morning as i am absolutely exhausted and can hardly walk due to being hacked to shreds in soccer today...... peace out!!!!
-
lol Just wait until you break up (hopefullly that will never happen - especially if you have a house etc together)... then you may try and consider it!!! i once saw a funny t shirt saying if it has wheels or a skirt you cant afford it and i am just beginning to realise the meaning of that now.. I ended up leaving mt barker just after you did last night as someone got a tip off that the police were coming over due to the large amount of young people with imports hanging around in the cinema car park. Ahhh i am nackered im going to bed.... peace out!!!

Do you guys reckon a greddy td06 25g + manifold + dump is a good buy for 2g??? Im drooling over this turbo but dont know whether i can spare the cash.

+ your car doesnt spend one week a month out of action!!! and if it does happen to be not running right its generally fixed in less than a week and you can also recover some money from your car when you get rid of it.... last time i tried to sell my missuss i got in trouble!!! hehehheeeeee (sorry if i offended anyone just trying to be funny) :laughing-smiley-014:

Sometimes i can be a little bit too passionate about things, which i have found out can either send you broke very quickly or get you in trouble.............

i cant beleive noboddy else writes random interesting (well i hope they are interesting) essays on here.......

Another thing does anyone have some C-spanners that i can borrow?? PM me a phone#... or know of where i can get some for cheap (my budget has been totally blown).
-
i dont have either unfortunately.... i might do the fronts myself (can the fronts and rears be done by the jack in the boot? is it adequate?) Ive heard the rears can be a bit of pain as the rear seat and parcel shelf has to be removed. Its either i do it myself or i can get all four done for about $225 which i have heard from other people isnt too bad. Totally offtopic has anyone here ever done an ambleside road run in under a minute?? (betwen hahndorf and verdun highway?) ps it is pretty hard to get up to the speed limit through those windy bits!

Hi cubes..... where talking only about two or three days ago it was created some guy was putting song lyrics in there (i didnt create it)... ( i know i might be adopting old habits again lol). ps when do i lose my 40% dodgyness rating for that --> like my signature Its good to see that they were not deleted as i put a lot of time and effort into those poems even if they are meaningless to the majority of the people out there. mybad for putting in the wrong section. Hey would anyone be able to confirm that the bildstien r32gtr suspension (front coil overs are labelled r32gtr the rears are not) will fit on a 33.. Nightcralwer ensures me this when he sold them on fri but i just want to make sure before just in case they dont and i end up paying for labour to get them fitted and find out half way through that they dont quite fit. Regards... Chris

yesssss how can i say... i was a little carried away last night when i got home... You should have seen me at soccer today... Basically almost took on the whole rostrevvor old schollars soccer team and supporters on the side line after they brought me down from behind and then the next player hit me in the head when i was down and then he stomped on my hand aswell just after i was brought down (sort of had to get up after that and push him and then in typical girly fashion went down clutching his jaw) --> luckily i didnt even get a warning --> probably because the ref new he deserved it. It was also quite funny seeing one of there players go studs up straight into my shin guards only to damage his own leg and have to get stretchered off the ground. (got some big lumps to prove it). (bloody dirty cheating players --> they cant get the ball of me so they have to hack away from behind and go in studs up!!! i had about 5 frees and it should have been about 10!!).. Unfortunately lost 2-1 as they managed to claw another one in the last few minutes. Sorry pauly33gtst i know you play for them but i didnt see you there (you must have been one of the nice players). Lets just say i get a little bit too passionate about the things i care about sometimes. whoops here i go again..... heheheheheheeeee can anyone point to a link about changing ones suspension on here... does one exist in the tutorials section? Just trying to look for a way to save some money... Also wouldnt mind knowing the where abouts of a tutorial on installing ones own boost gauge (i know this one should be pretty easy but i dont really want to go drilling anymore speed holes where there arent supposed to be any)... Believe it or not these essays only take me about two minutes to write!!!

You guys should have seen my poems in that thread that was labelled " a night".... now they were novels!!! Interesting reading though.... By the way what happened to that thread mods? i cant seem to find it.... i was going to put a few more in there that i had written.

Sorry videos are way too big to upload and i dont have any compression software... (+ my dial up here in the hills is way too slow). I am going to put a few of them on DVD and CD if anyone wants to grab a copy just give me a couple of bucks for the disk. The midnight hills run clips from last week in the fog and the ones up gorge rd are probably the best ones... There are some pretty good slides in there

I had really bad pinging issues on the 95 octane fuel but managed to empty the tank by the time we got to mt barker (about half a tnak full) and put in some ultimate and didnt have any issues on the drive home to woodside. I ended up clearing out of mt barker pretty quick and taking a back route to woodside as i have bald as front tyres and some other stuff that i didnt want to defected for (if they are in a bad mood the mt barker police will do you over for anything!). In all a good cruise but would have been better if everyone stayed together (next time people should have CB radios-- they are only about $60 for two at tandy). Andz will send you a pm with my details and try and get you a copy of the dvd containing last weeks cruise and this weeks cruise..... You have got to love the Ambleside road stage -- the whole 1 minute of it I have got to admit there is some pretty dodgy commentry of mine on there!!! I was too busy trying to drive.

Please ignore this first pic (accidently put it in). Thats me on the shoulders.... THis was the second ever flinders uni rugby 7's team taken at the unigames 2004 in perth after we scored our first trys during the tournament in our sixth game (there were only 8 games in total) and out of 17 teams we came 16th because monash uni didnt have enough players to continue playing (ie they forfieted). It was quite and acheivement as only about two of us in the team had ever played before!!!. I think this photo was taken after we played UNINSW and gave them a good run for there money (i think they were in shock!!!!). UNINSW were sponsored by Kellogs and had all first div sydney competition players and players from the warratahs squad playing for them..

I have recently ripped the bolts out through mine on the right and the left on my r33 drifting (too much body roll and i think i might have ended up in the grass a few times at AIR. the s14 ones are compattible with the 33 (there identical) and i would more than likely say they are also compatible with the R34 ones..... Can anyone confirm this?? You should be able to pick them up for between $130 and $170 from places such as Just jap etc regards chris

there were lots of police out..... ie entry to mt barker off the freeway, upper sturt rd, and police bikes on rundle street... anyone else back from this cruise yet????
-
was a good cruise apart from speed camera (see my essays in the wasteland section for my 2c worth) and the 180 that crashed at the top of old belair rd --> i have this on video as he was only 2 cars in front!!! Good to see some familiar faces (andz in the 34 gtr, and Hotwire in the 33) cant wait to put my coilovers in and head out for another one!!! maybe a bit of gorge rd action this time!!!
