I know time and time again people say just to buy garrets, HKS isn't worth the mark up. BUT would a GT-SS set up have ANY benefit, no matter how small, over a -9 set up ?? Also from my understanding, HKS kit comes with everything you need to install and the -9s are turbos only, would the cost be more comparable after you buy the rest of the necessary items to fit the -9s ? thanks for any replies

no offence but you wont get a 33 GTR for that, they go for high 20's low 30's. Better luck with a 32. They're closer to high teens, low 20's

Haha, wasnt trying to bag him out. As I said, he did a great job. I'm a fabricator by trade so could certainly make anything I needed if I felt so Inclined. Obviously we just have different points of view on car modifying. I like having brand name aftermarket parts on my cars, and I respect that you might not. And while I don't agree that "most" peoples DIY is better than brand name gear(in this case it is certainly as good as anything he could of bought), I do agree that a lot of brand stuff is overpriced :S Personally I would of got a garage defend CF cooling panel

SAU front page claims a 7:20 lap but this site says 7:24 ?? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/N%C3%BCrburgring_lap_times either way amazing, but 7:20 would be astronomical!
