R33 or R34 turbo to bolt straight on - don't have time for stuffing about with pipework as this is the everyday car and we need a car back on the road! Have cash waiting

Hey all, just a quick one. Will Teritory 17x8 steel rims with 245/45/R17 tyres fit onto our S1 Stag? I know the stud pattern is the same, just don't know about the offsets. Apparently they fit R33's but unsure about Stags. Hopefully test fitting early next week but I don't want to waste his time if they won't fit. Cheers, Greg.

Yuppers, another Hobart Stag here, on the Eastern Shore in Warrane. Pearl White S1 RS4 with all the fruit (leather, electrics, twin sunroofs etc) and rattle can black R33 GTS-T mags. Would be good to get together for a cruise sometime. I know there are about 3 white, 1 red, 1 burgandy, 1 dark green, 1 silver and 1 yellow one in Hobart. Any more?? Cheers, Greg.

But by using the mounts in the roof, you don't tie up boot space with straps, especially when slotting a pram in lengthways! And I can slide an 'E' size argon bottle in lengthways next to the pram! Good for TIG or aluminium welding! Cheers, Greg.

Hey all, I'm making a full 3" exhaust for our Stagea and was wondering how many 180deg mandrel bends and straight pipe other people have used? I'm doing it out of ally coated mild steel (I don't bother with stainless - personal preference), and starting with a new dump pipe (either split type or bell mouth). No arguments with the whole mild vs stainless, just need to know material demands! Cheers, Greg.

As Chook said, but I had a mate help me. Ran the resivor(??) down to almost empty, topped it up with fresh (bright red) fluid, drained it again, topped it up again. 3 times makes sure it's only fresh fluid in the system and all has been good since. Cheers, Greg.

Bleed your Altessa system. I suffered the exact symptoms you did about 2 weeks ago, bled the Altessa lines and, touch wood, had no more issues. Hope this helps. Cheers, Greg.

Hey all, Had the Stag serviced today and came back with a list of stuff that will need doing sooner rather than later. 1 - Front CV boots, inner and outers. 2 - Castor rod bushes. 3 - Rocker gaskets. 4 - Rear shocks. 5 - Oil cooler seals (??). 6 - Brake pads. I've found rear brake pads, working on front pads, and looking into the SK suspension package once money allows (when house sells, we will have money), so points 2, 4 and 6 are taken care of. Need help sourcing points 1, 3 and 5 if anybody can assist. Cheers, Greg.

Where and how much are people getting S1 pads from? I've got the rears for $60 a set from Repco on special but I can only find the fronts at Bursons for $80. Is this a good price or can they be found for less money? Cheers, Greg.

I believe there is a mob in SA playing with the JTG on a BA XR6T and getting very good results with the gas injection system. Think I read something about it in Street Machine or Zoom or something. We are seriously looking at it for down here in Tassie but it's the cold start issue which is holding us back (and waiting for tax returns too!) Cheers, Greg.

Spotto a white 32 in Old Beach today on the way home. This one was special though. White body, blue bonnet, red boot - circa 1990 Nissan Racing Team paintwork. I want a better look at this one if anybody on here knows any more about it! Cheers, Greg.
