  1. on topic though, since selling the 32 ive developed a big soft spot for old american cars. impalas and mercurys and all custom rods or low riders. but in the real world i think luxo toyota would be as euro as i would go.
  2. ive got a 1987 alfa 75 with the 2.5 v6. actually pretty quick car. and for the record ive never had any problems with it in 6 years, and the 75s dont rust. its the alfasud that gave them the bad name.
  3. HKS Hyper Drag Love them. even though they are drag they are perfect around the twisties. zero body roll, but they are a bit bumpy. but once your used to it you dont even notice.
  4. Get rid of it. they'll just pull you over and hassle you about it. you will soon learn that they will look for any excuse like "i suspect that this car may be unroadworthy" to pull you over. so get rid of everthing obvious. i even painted my exhaust black, cause i thought they might not like a shiny 5inch tip on the supper dragger. If your exhaust is too loud, fix it. if its hangs too low (like on mine), fix it.
  5. Note to sellers. when showing a car for sale, meet at a point away from your house. even give a different suburb to the trading post so that your suburb does not get printed in the ad. unfortunately this kind of thing happens alot, whether whole cars or wheels/parts from the car.
  6. No idea, but that design is pretty generic so if you went to donnellans, etc, they would probably have half a dozen different brands of that style.
  7. Jager had said that the aussie ones are shit but the import ones are good. KillHSV then said that they are all imported. therefore if the aussie ones are shit then all are shit cause they all come from the same place.
  8. ive used toothpaste before. worked perfectly, and i only applied it once. an i only used a rag, no tooth brush. still looks the goods after a few months. and yes they were pretty foggy and yellowish initially
  9. looks farked at the back cause it angles up and the lines from side on dont look right. thats why it looks a little squat from the side.
  10. No your all wrong, its not a Honda its an Acura!
  11. one of my bolts snapped so i got a guy to come round to my house and he drilled it out. costs 40 or 50 per bolt. and he comes to your door. this is what he does full time. hes in melbourne though. i would recomend to buy a whole set and change them all. and dont wait cause i had to change my manifold gasket and it cost over 100 bucks from nissan. and tell the guy at the nissan dealership to get ****ed. he doesnt need a vin number to sell you anything. and yes they have all nissan parts. the manifold gasket was sitting just behind the desk when i went in so there was no waiting. had to wait a day for the bolts though. just call a different dealer. peace out
  12. just cars was willing to insure me on rating 1 (21yr old) because i said that aami was going to take my shitter on rating 1. they checked up and said if you insure the other car through aami then we will give you rating 1. and that was after one year of insurance in my own name (third party). i thought it was a pretty good scam to get cheap insurance.
  13. you could always just pull out the headlight and leave it like that.
  14. you also need a place for the external gate. so youll have to modify the std manifold so may as well go after market. problem is though that the low mount manifolds will point the gate up into the engine bay, so it may be visible... otherwise you can get the normal 2835 in internal gate version
  15. 2835R probably wont fit on std manifold. its a pretty big turbo as you can kind of see in my avatar <----. you can get low mount cast mainfolds made by HKS. probably be around $800.
