Bump for a fellow modded r32. although the HKS 3040 is a 500hp turbo so i imagine that the normal Garrett version would be a little less than that.

these are my rims. 8in on the front, 9in on the back. 235s on the front, 265s on the back. But the 265s are falken and are not real 265s. dont ask me why. they are only slightly wider than the 235s. as you can see in the pic they are streched over the rim slightly. if the sidewalls were straight they would hit the guard. but as they are now no scraping. front rims could be wider.

the cars that have been chromed are not half the weight. they are something like twice the weight!

By the way, the T67-25G is rated about 100hp bigger than the TD06-25G

i dont think 9.5 will fit on the back. ive got 9s on the back of my 32 and the rims sticks out a little. if the tyres had vertical side walls rather than slightly stretched, then they wouldnt fit. oh yeah, and my wheels have zero dish, so even less likely with those wheels you like. but if they fit go the first ones for sure. much better than the second ones.

also, my alarm beeps twice when disarmed and then twice more if the alarm has gone off. that way you can check your car out for any damage etc.

why do you want to have silent arming and disarming? then you wouldnt be able to tell if its armed without looking at the light on the dash.

a knowledgable friend of mine told me that water is better at cooling, whereas the coolant fluid stops rusting. so for better cooling you would want less fluid in the water.

that reminds me. i heard on discovery channel that F1 manifolds glow red at idle and are translucent at 18,000 revs.

Sold the afm and pod. KIL08S: yes the powerfc is still available, but it doesnt come with the controller. i have absolutely no idea what the differences are with the older rb20. may have to ask around, im sure someone would know. .

are you gonna paint the carbon panels?

is it just my imgination or does that rb25 manifold have the flanges around the wrong way?

i dont anything about this, but i think its logical to say that if aftermarket brands make a different plenum for the 25 and 26, then it would mean that they require different plenums.

the 4 door doesnt have any more space than the a 2 door though. so your getting into the same space through a smaller door. im around 6.2 and almost 100kg and i get in and out of my car just fine. im just curious about the appeal. i understand the price cause they are rare, its just that they dont look anywhere near as tuff as a gtr cause they havent got the pumped guards. i am also curious as to whether nissan would officially recognise them as a GTR. .

the front end of a series 2 looks a trillion bazillion times better than that of the series 1. .

i think that the problem with the r33 headlights is that they look a bit "sleepy" eyed. compared to say the r34 which is more angular and looks more aggresive. perfect example is how tough the new honda odessey looks thats why i said that you shouldnt follow the curve of the headlights. would be better to get rid of the curve and make them look more angular. but not too much.

of yeah, i didnt even get the jap rego sticker in the middle of the windscreen. i wanted it too for some reason

probably same as in OZ, the government actually "own" the plates so they must be returned. But then my house has at least 2 sets of plates lying around somewhere... .

is it actually unrego'd? cause that sticker might be for either abandoned or unrego'd, not necessarily both. or maybe i'm way off. just check the sticker on the car.
