The Power FC and Z32 afm with HKS pod have now been advertised in the Parts For Sale section, so first prioty is no longer with the buyer of the car. They are priced at $1800 and $350 Car is in the Trading Post this week... .

    sorry no pics. an i wont be able to get hold of a digi cam for a little while. the adapter basically connects the 3inch afm to the 4inch pod. no the afm does not come with the plug. .

    the sale price includes the h/c (assuming one can be sourced) i knew i would get a few of these responses. this is an AP Engineering Power FC. The reason it is expensive is that Power FCs were never made for the RB20DET, so they had to be modified to suit. .

    just for reference a twin 2.5 is not the same as a 5inch exhaust. it is close in area to a 3.5 inch exhaust. .

    ive got a second hand Power FC for the RB20DET. This does not include the hand controller. these are very hard to find! it took about six months to find the unit $1600 Also have a second hand Z32 air flow meter. Attached to it is a 4inch HKS pod by a HKS pod adapter. SOLD **SPECIAL DEAL** Both of these for $21,500 and i'll throw in my car for free.

    According to the HPI people, big compressor wheel and housing combined with small turbine wheel/housing will usually cause compressor surge.

    that would be cause your not producing enough boost before 3k rpm to open the bov. so it is sent back to the turbo.

    front fog lights dont really bother me.... its the single rear fog light on hyundai excels that give me the shits! why do people turn them on? do they think it looks cool have a bright light on one side of their rear bumper? cause it doesnt! it looks shit! really shit!

    its not my opinion, but seems to be supported by many people.

    i dont really know, but i think the water units would only be useful if you cant get access to air flow. i think it would be best to just stick to what others have done. rather than reinventing the wheel.

    i dont know if that theory is right, cause both systems have to back track at some stage. your one will back track over the cooler and up under the pod. whereas the other option goes up towards the inlet manifold then back tracks in front of the engine. probably would be very similar pipe lengths. next option is to cut the corner like in my sig. but still not sure if that is the best option.

    i thought that the merc ones are two blades very close together. so that they move as one. a few other cars have this system too.

    are you serious? the 34 looks the meanest with its angry headlights. 32 comes in second. 33 comes in a very very distant third on the "mean" scale, with its headlights that curve down on the outsides. doesnt give a purposeful look at all! similar to the s14. series one looks girly with the rounded headlights, while the series 2 is mean with the angular lights. get a 34 if you can afford it

    Wow, thanks jolinator. dont think my car is really appropriate for a mum though maybe you could buy it for yourself... i think a stock series 2 33 would be good for your needs.

    when people say that the 32gtr is the fastest of the gtrs, they mean over a quater mile.
