if u still have them when i sell the nismo rims ive got ill buy them .... that is if they fit a gtst ..

Well i took the steering wheel airbag out and had good look at it, its good cos i can see a a bit of the folded airbag where it should be, all the plugs and wires look good, but i carnt work out how to take the passenger one out, on the back of it its got 2 main bolts on each side but the head of the bolt is on top and the nut is on the bottom with tack welds on it ... Does anyone know if you can tell if the airbag has been set off just by looking at the bottom of the airbag unit, like would those 2 silver canisters look new still ?? just wana make sure that it hasnt been popped and the top cover stuck back on ... the only other thing it could be is the computer under the middle console... I think i will be havin a chat with them in the morning, or takin that cruze up there .. hehe hippie - check to c if the airbag computer is still plugged in and definatly take the instrument cluster out and make sure that there is a globe or led pluged into the airbag warning light, if tere is make sure its working ..

I actualy noticed this quite a while ago but i ended up forgeting about it ... I brought my car from mondo motors a little over year ago, it was all complianced etc etc .. Anyways i noticed that the Airbag warning light had been cut from the back of the dash, so i hooked it back up and suprise suprise it just flashes.. Now if im not mistaken isnt it a part compliance that the airbags are functional ?? and isnt it illegal and moraly wrong to cut the warning light ?? i mean its not just a simple mistake, they must have known cos they would have seen that it was cut when they installed that farkin cheesy dash light dimmer.. I havent checked yet but im goin to check to see if the airbags are still intact ... Damn this gets me so wild ... I have serious anger control problems, if i find out that the bags have been popped and just put back together to make it look like there still there i'll drive straight there with 2ltrs of industrial strenght paint stripper and give there car jard a splashin ..

Well i was all set to paint my calipers but i just couldnt bring my self to do it, i mean i just dont wana do the quick cover job on them, when i goto do something i always make sure i do it right the first time, a little example is once i got pissed off with the wires hanging down too far in my kingswood so instead of just stickin my hands under there and using a few cable ties i ended up stripping the whole interior and i ripped the entire wiring loom out of the whole car and i made a new loom from scratch for the whole car and i bound it with this rubber tape that bonds to itself so its like the loom is rubber coated and i made the loom that neat that every plug was in an inch of what it was suposed to be connected to, and i even drew up a complete wiring schematic ...... took quite a while, but the end job was worth it .. Anyways gettin back on topic, Is there a way i can take the calipers off without having to bleed them when i put them back on ? cos i wana spray the whole caliper and not just the bits showing .. the reason i dont wana have to bleed them is because im at home by myself, so it would be impossibe to get them operational by myself ..... I was thinking, what if i left the lines connected and just unbolted the caliper and stuck a peice of wood in betweenas i slide it off .. that way i should be able to spray the whole caliper.. and i also wana spray the disc hub as well, so if i could do it this way is it easy to get the disc off ? the fronts look like they will just slip off once the caliper is removed but the back looks like it may be a little involved cos of the handbrake cable .. Any help or thougts on this would be apreciated ...

did anyone here flash there lights at me a couple of days ago in ballarat, dont know what time it was but it would have been midnight or later ... it was a white r33 tat flashed me i think ... I have seen a few lines in ballarat now ... a couple of r34 r33 and r32's

I checked the oil in my auto gearbox the other day cos i noticed that it was making a pretty loud noise from park to reverse, anyways te dipstick showed up that there was only half the oil tat was suposed to be in there and it seemed clear, it had a very very slight red colour to it if u looked closely enough ... it seemed strange cos oil was changed in july, so i went out and brougt 4litres of Castrol Transmax Z fully synthetic oil, cost me $60 (its a weird green colour), anyways i popped the drain plug out and i statred shouting abusive language at the bitch cos the oil pouring out of the pan was a deep red colour, it was that dark that you could mistake it for black.... so what hapened to the cleary crap i was expecting to see !! I swear to never trust those shity dipsticks again ... Another thing as well was that there was just under 4litres in there and i had a look in the r33 owners manual ive got and it says that my gearbox takes 8.3litres .... now im confused ... itsays that the manual gearbox in the rb25det takes 2.8litres, but 8.3 litres for an auto doesnt sound right to me .... I havent put any oil back in as yet. So does anyone know for sure ??

Well i just put the stock r33 gtst rims back on my car and i gota tell you how sh1t it looks goin from a set of Nismo LMGT1 back to the stockies ... all most makes me not wana drive it ... It realy does look that bad im thinkin of buyin a GTR to stick on top of my nismo rims ... I dont supose anyone wants to swap there gtr for my gtst ?

yep i just found that out the hard way, i ended up just jackin one side up at a time usin a small trolly jack on the towing mounts ..
